酒店下午五點前辦理入住需在機器上自助進行
安全性比較好 有專屬的密碼後方可進出大門和房門。

AVOID at all costs. We booked for 1 night to be closer for our early morning euro tunnel. After locating the hotel that was extremely difficult to find we drove down the road that has a really scary feel to it. With 3 very tired children in the car my partner got out at the gates to attempt to put the check in codes in. The codes did not work. We called the hotel several times and contacted ********** who we booked with their was no answer. It is not in the kind of area you want to be hanging around with 3 children. We ended up having to drive straight to the euro tunnel. It took 3 months to get our money back and an endless amount of time and effort.

Hotel très propre. Nous nous y sommes arrêtés pour une nuit sur la route. Très bon rapport qualité-prix: le lit était confortable, la chambre spatieuse et conforme à nos attentes. Jeune homme a l’accueil très sympathique. Petit déjeuner complet, sucré, salé. Nous y reviendront.

L’accueil était parfait mais la chambre avait une mauvaise odeur, la TV était penchée vers la droite et il y avait quelques traces dans la salle de bain. De la poussière également dans l’air, bref, je ne pense pas que notre prochain séjour se fera dans cet hôtel. Nous avons également pris le petit-déjeuner et rien à redire, parfait.

Excellent rapport qualité prix Qualité chambre, SDB, PTDJ, parking, parfait je bascule de plus en plus sur B&B qui devient pour moi une vrai référence par rapport à IBIS Budget - Rouge ou Style. Bravo à toute l'équipe. Bravo à toute l'équipe.

On m’avait prévenu qu’en cas d’arrivée tardive il fallait passer par la borne. Cette dernière a trouvé ma réservation et me l’a faite payer mais après ce processus elle indiquait quel la chambre n’était pas prête. J’ai du appeler une ligne d’astreinte qui n’a pas pu régler le problème et à fini par faire intervenir le personnel qui heureusement logé sur place. Ce même personnel a mis pas mal de temps à solutionner le problème, pendant que je n’avais pas payé. Donc 30 minutes pour obtenir ma chambre…Odeur d’égouts dans le chambre. Et le lit typique des hôtels b&b, très dur car pas de sommier mais une planche à la place…. De plus on m’a donné une chambre donnant côté voie rapide et au dessus de l’entrée donc bruyante jusque 2h au moins.
