We had the pleasure of hosting our Wedding at Vredenburg Manor. The rooms are spacious, elegant & comfy, from the original rooms to newly built garden cottages. The food (dinner & breakfast) was delicious, which can only be overshadowed by the helpfulness and service of the staff. Thank you Luke & Leon for a most memorable occasion and incredible stay!

We stayed once more with Leon and Luke at the Vredenberg Manor House and I have to say it must be one of the best places to stay in the whole of South Africa (and we have tried many over the years!) Nothing is too much bother. My wife was ill during our stay and a doctor's appointment was organised within an hour. we were even guided down to the surgery by following Leon in his car as we were not sure where to go! The attention to detail is outstanding. The staff are superb and the accommodation is extemely comfortable and relaxing. The extensive grounds are immaculate and my wife raves about the pool. We have already booked our next stay and just can't wait to get back. I cannot recommend this place more strongly. It is superb. Thank you all for such a wonderful stay

18 years of visiting SA and still stumble on a hidden Gem like this. Amazing room , stunning Breakfast and comfy sunbeds and Pool. All set in a stunning building in gorgeous grounds. The hosts are also fabulous and madevus so welcome.

What a lovely setting. The room was spacious with a large bathroom with both a shower and a bath. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty. The hosts Leon and Luke couldn't do enough for us and made up feel very welcome.

Vredenburg Manor House is a beautifully restored, historic Cape Dutch homestead, located in stunning Western Cape wine country. The staff and management were welcoming, helpful and professional, and made our stay very enjoyable. Our room was large and tastefully furnished, with a very comfortable bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with heated floor. The breakfasts were delicious and generous with plenty of choices. In all, an absolutely wonderful and well run place to stay. We highly recommend Vredenburg Manor House!

Wonderful service, the host was so helpful. Bed is so comfortable, lovely soaker tub. Rooms are very well stocked with everything you might need. Full kitchen. Only reason I gave 4 stars, is because of the coffee. They used coffee bags, in the room and dining room. But I believe they have an espresso machine they use during the busy season.
