The room was spacious and spotless. The location is excellent, with a 7-Eleven conveniently located right downstairs and Central Rama 9 mall within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious, and they even offered a takeaway service. The extended check-out until 3 PM was a definite plus. The Chinese Embassy is nearby. However, traffic congestion in this area is notoriously severe.

A really lovely stay. Just out of the very very centre so not far by bike or car (except traffic). The staff were super friendly and helpful and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Lovely rooftop pool and would 100% stay again!

The staff was incredibly friendly. They walked me all the way to my room (separate building). The restaurant on the premises even offered to deliver the food I ordered to my room. I would have liked to stay at this hotel for the duration of my Bangkok trip!

Check-in was smooth and the staff were very helpful. I needed a late check-out and they recommended joining the membership which allowed it, super thoughtful! The room was clean, spacious, and had great natural light. The bed was comfy, aircon worked well (and didn’t trigger my sinus), and the bathroom was spotless with a bidet and nice-smelling toiletries.

Some appliances like the hair dryer and weighing scale were a bit outdated, and the towels were slightly rough, but everything else worked great including the washing machine and microwave. Breakfast was a small spread but everything was tasty. The infinity pool offers a beautiful sunset view (I didn’t swim but it looked great).

They also provide free tuk-tuk shuttles to the nearby BTS. Location wise, Thonglor is perfect with plenty of food and massage spots around. Housekeeping was exceptional. They even folded my clothes and returned forgotten items on my last day.

Perfect for families, business trips, or long stays. Quiet, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Only suggestion would be to add an anti-slip mat for the bathtub. Overall, a really pleasant stay!

We really loved our stay at Somerset Maison Asoke and are so happy we found this place! The location is super convenient — tucked in a quiet area but still close to everything, including BTS and MRT stations. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, the bed super super comfortable and with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after busy days in the city. Definitely a place we’d love to stay at again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is really well-equipped, and what stood out most was the high level of security, which I'm sure is a major concern for many. Being on a high floor, I enjoyed some lovely distant views from the window, which really lifted my spirits. This place is a bit of a hidden gem, looking very luxurious and high-end. I was lucky to secure a great booking, and the overall experience was absolutely fantastic. It's truly wonderful, exactly my kind of place, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

Somerset Wanxia is located relatively near to the Shenzhen airport. My first impression was the cleanliness, and pleasant ambience that was created. Reception is in the 21st floor. Friendly and pleasant staff helped to check in quickly as it was already late in the evening. It has all the amenities a solo traveller might need… gym, yoga room etc. It also has a direct access to B1 which lead directly to the Metro. And crossing the road, access to 24 hours Lawson, local fruits stalls and eateries. For travellers who enjoy moments of peace and tranquility, this is the go to place. It’s not a hotel but a services apartment. So one can enjoy the washing machine, microwave etc within the comfort of your room; and also the use of the bath tub. it is located ~40 min from 东门老街，～30min from 华强北 via DiDi. Want to order takeaways even in the wee hours of the morning? Somerset uses a robot to deliver your food / night snacks straight to your room! You don’t even need to step out to collect. As someone who is sensitive to cigarettes smoke, the entire place is very pleasant and there aren’t any cigarettes smell; very suitable for those who doesn’t like the smell of cigarettes. Request for a high level room (up to 20th floor) to enjoy the night view of Shenzhen. The staff have been very helpful and patient - special mention to Kathy and Frank whom had made my stay a delightful one; and also Kelly whom I could see trying to continuously improve the customer experience so that all guests can feel welcome and have a delightful stay at Somerset Wanxia. Definitely my preferred choice of accommodation in Shenzhen. Thank you!

Five stars! The hotel boasts new facilities, an excellent location, and is spotlessly clean. A special shout-out to Jim at the front desk! His service was professional and incredibly friendly, making the check-in process quick and smooth. And Ms. Xiao Lijun from housekeeping also deserves a mention; she was meticulous with the room cleaning, incredibly kind, and provided us with so much help. Their exceptional service made our entire stay truly wonderful! Highly recommend!

The environment is great and quiet. 👍 We had relatives visiting, a family of four. There were a few hotels nearby, but choosing Ascott serviced apartments was truly the smartest decision. Considering it's not safe for two children to stay by themselves, Ascott's two-bedroom apartment was absolutely perfect! It's ideal for family stays.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment with 2 kids. Location is great, it is connected to a smaller shopping mall, you can literally walk into the mall from the reception area. There is also another shopping mall which I believe is bigger, it's about 5 minutes walk which isn't too far. It's not close to the underground train which isn't a problem for us as we used didi. The only downside is cleanliness. Not all rubbish bin in our apartment was emptied everyday. Some bins were emptied but some were not. They also did not replenish the facial tissue and toilet paper properly I.e. we would come back to find there's only 1 toilet roll in the toilet rather than 2. Also, the bathroom was not that clean, the seals are old and worn out (refer to photo). It should be relatively straightforward for Somerset to reseal the entire bathroom to make it suitable for their advertised 4 star rating.

We love the location. It is just 2 min walk from the train station. You can take the free grey driverless bus near the train station. It is so peaceful to stay here. Wide variety of choices for breakfast. We have a good view over our room at level 48. The minus point - the room was not ready when we were there at 3pm.

Good apartment but outdated  . Lot of construction work going on in apartment. 
Location is good . You can get more better apartment at thus price.
