Zsmart hotel

The hotel is very easy to find, the receptionist was very friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the overall experience was great. There are many delicious restaurants and snack shops downstairs, and the environment is pleasant.

The hotel I checked into that night had no hot water, and it was raining and very cold that day. The next day, I contacted the front desk, and they told us to turn on the water heater under the sink ourselves. The service was okay, but the hot water was a bit limited. The hotel was very old, and it was really uncomfortable to stay in. The next day, there was also a lot of noise from the nearby driving school and its trucks.

Not very good, too old, just a good location.

I've never stayed in such a terrible hotel. Not only was the front desk service awful, but the room was also incredibly dirty, with puddles under the bed. It was absolutely unbearable! Avoid this hotel!

很差 很多年沒輸過這麼差的酒店了，半夜風吹的窗子響了一整晚，三四點都沒睡着，然後沙發上有很多不明污漬，床單很多污漬 睡覺都不敢脱外衣

一次超預期的舒適之旅，這家酒店我會無限回購！ 從踏入酒店大堂開始，好感就直線拉滿。前台工作人員笑容特別親切，辦理入住時不僅速度快，還主動告知了附近的美食和景點，細節處特別貼心。 我訂的大床房空間比想象中寬敞，房間裏一塵不染，連角落都沒有灰塵。床品柔軟得像雲朵，躺下瞬間就能放鬆下來，一夜睡到天亮，完全沒有陌生環境的不適感。衞生間乾濕分離做得很徹底，熱水秒出且水温穩定，洗漱用品是淡淡的清香，用起來很舒服。 不錯不錯 可以延遲到3點 也非常安靜
