I started to stay in the hotel on February 6th and checked out on the 9th. Due to the epidemic situation, although the hotel's business was deserted, the service was satisfactory. The only thing that felt that the hotel was not very friendly happened in the ecological restaurant on the first floor. The second meal is recommended here. in the hall. The temperature outside these days is relatively low, the interior of the hall is relatively cold and the lighting is relatively dim. In addition, some children are running and playing in the hall, so I feel unsatisfactory for dining in this environment, so I asked the front desk to arrange a small box for my first meal. When we said that there is no private room, and the private room needs to be reserved in advance (actually it is available), there is no problem with that. The second time we went to make a reservation in advance, but we were told how much the minimum consumption of the private room is. Fortunately, my family , I'm a little embarrassed if other people are with us. We don't want to enter the box to make up for this minimum consumption, so the second meal is in the hall, and the whole hall is only our family. In this way, the hotel restaurant would prefer to sit idle for the second time, rather than provide better service for the guests. This should be improved.

The hotel is very big and there are many places for children to play in the public area. The children are very happy. The rooms are big and the colors are bright.

The resort is relatively large, and there are separate parent-child hotels and resort hotels. There are naughty castles and slides next to the parent-child hotel, which is more convenient for bringing children. The standard room booked by the parent and child was originally in the resort hotel. It’s a little far away from the place to play, but there is a battery sightseeing car in the villa, so you can sit there if you happen to. The room is relatively large and the facilities are not bad, but the sanitation is not in place. Breakfast is so-so. There are some large dinosaur models and suspension bridges inside the villa, so you can stroll around with children.

The decoration is okay, but it has just been installed and tastes good. There is nothing next to the hotel. If you eat, you still have to take a taxi to the old street in a few minutes. The quadruple room is booked, and the whole building is a parent-child room. The children are very noisy in the morning and evening. Don't mind if you choose this room type. The windows are not screened. If there is ventilation, there are many bugs coming in, and they will bite when they sleep at night. There are only two breakfasts in the quadruple room, and only two bottles of mineral water. Extra charges apply. In the morning, the cold water stopped, only hot water and it was very hot, and the toilet could not be flushed. I complained to the front desk but said that it could not be repaired, and I could not provide another room for washing. I could only go to the public toilet but there was no light. The experience was very poor and the hotel didn't mean to apologize, I will not stay again next time.

The hotel is still relatively new, but the front desk is not well done, I can't tell it is a high-end hotel front desk, breakfast is ok, the environment is also good, the lake view is a bit unsatisfactory, it is an artificial lake, others are not bad . Suggestion: The slippers should be improved, and the stairs are not slip-resistant. The room type you are staying in is facing west, and the sun is strong in the west. It is best to turn on the air conditioner in advance to lower the room temperature before the guests check in.

酒店環境很不錯！！外面有很大的花園，還有很多“恐龍”，哈哈，挺適合親子游的，我都拍了很多照片！下午入住時還提供了下午茶！！ 房間真的很大！！設施還是很不錯的，有點南洋風的裝修風格，洗手間都很大，房間衞生整潔～ 同時謝謝酒店前台小程，小葉服務熱情周到，用心解決我們的問題。每個服務員都很熱情，親切，下次還會選擇這裏哈！！

距離：離縣城中心和楊家堂村很近，出行購物都挺方便； 設施：設備齊全，簡約大氣有格調； 衞生：無可挑剔，乾淨整潔，佈局合理； 景觀：視野好，陽台外面能看到整個松陽城區，晚上夜景也很美； 服務：工作人員熱情周到，特別點贊前台小程
