Very beautiful place with friendly staff. The atmosphere, food, rooms, cleaning - very good. Special thanks to bar and restaurant staff - all very helpful. Thank You Anze for hospitality :) Cleaning service are working very hard, but always with a smile. We are there every year. And will back for sure

Rooms are spacious, clean and have everything they should. Coffee capsules and tea are refilled daily. Bathrooms are larger than usual. The restaurant area is big with a variety of food options and drinks. Everything was delicious. All inclusive offers unlimited drinks in the bar which is great. The staff was helpful (as always) and “our” waitress was especially polite and cheerful. The pool area and water temperature are fine, even though it can get quite crowded sometimes. Nassfeld as a whole is a beautiful place to spend your holiday and their Nassfeld+ Card only makes the experience better. This was our 2nd stay at the hotel and was as great as the 1st time, because of which I sincerely recommend staying here during your vacation!

Hotel has 2 cameras in the "NUDE SAUNA AREA" and they are filming naked guests while on thair relaxing vacation. There is NO information for the guests that thay are being recorded naked and the most desturbing thing is that they allow KIDS to go into the sauna area ( family hotel)!!! It is a serious breach of privacy and against the law !!! If enyone was at the hotel from 2014 they can take legal acctions against Falkensteiner.

Hotel is renovated and very nice. Food was delicious, but sometimes a bit cold. Water in the pool is great temperature and everything was clean. All the staff is very friendly and they do everything to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Car park is a bit small far a hotel this size so we had to park in a garage (which is 9€/night). Hotel provides you Nassfeld +Holiday Card which is also very useful and helps you save some money. Environment of the hotel is beautiful, with lots of paths and chairlifts near by. We deffinitley recommend visiting this hotel for both an adventurous and relaxing holiday!😊

I am regular Falkensteiner customer for last 17 years and have stayed in this hotel as well as second one in resort (Carinzia) numerous times. While the property is nice, and generally staff is quite helpful I am disappointed with the following: 1) Carinzia and Sonnenalpe service level is much different - what is included in one hotel is not included in say Sonnenalpe, 2) for the positioning and price food selection at dinner mainly should be much better (here Carinzia has better offering and quality is better), 3) we had a dog with us, and while charged as normal we have not received any amenities for the dog (while in Carinzia you get a few thingies for the pet). Having stayed in both Falkensteiner hotels in the last 1 month, I must say I am seriously contemplating to start avoiding Falkensteiner hotels as I feel I am consistently getting worse service than before but am paying considerably more (this has nothing to do with overall price inflation).

Beautiful hotel and suite, delicious meals with a large variety of courses. Kids loved both the pools and the children's playhouse. Lovely places to go for hiking, and biking. I can only recommend the hotel and this area to visit. And Falkensteiner is just a synonym for quality, chilly and fancy holidays.
