The hotel is very nice and located in a great location, the rooms are also of a great standard, the breakfast is delicious, with a huge selection, the service is very nice. The only downside is the introduction of a time limit in the pool and sauna area (1 hour a day) and a large number of people from outside coming to the pool. I understand that the hotel wants to earn money this way, but the situation in which hotel guests have to wait in a queue because there are no free places in the pool, and a group of 8 people from outside enters before us is not very comfortable. In addition, due to this huge number of people, there was not a single free sunbed or even a place to put your things (books or bathrobes) while using the pool. I think that when paying almost PLN 1,000 per night for 2 people with a child, guests should have priority entry to the spa area or the time limit should be higher than 1 hour. We came to the hotel regularly and one of the reasons for choosing it was the great pool and sauna area, where you could really relax - that is why we are very disgusted with how it looks now.

King size bed, with balcony. The rooms face thethe forest and countryside. The rooms are very big, with lovely wooden cupboards and wardrobe, giving it a cosy and warm feeling. There is a nice desk too with From and a table and chairs in the balcony to enjoy a beer from. It has a stocked mini bar and very good coffee (nespresso pods). The check in is fast and easy. Staff are super friendly, helpful and polite. They arranged a car a driver for the day for us and asked me in the gym after I checked out, asee we had to wait 5 hours for the plane. There have a business area for working, a great bar, a very stylish restaurant with unreal food… It’s well presented, tastes great and is very affordable! We enjoyed 6 meals there! Each was amazing! The breakfast area is lovely and they give a massive spread of food, loads of choices and really good hot and cold food! I loved our week there and this hotel was an independent, purchased by Radisson and it shows… It’s really good, top tier and booked in advance you can enjoy for as little as 90-100 euros a night! The spa has 4 types of sauna, a mid bath, swimming pool, 2 jacuzzs, a kids pool and massage rooms, also have a beauty parlor for nails and threading Etc

Hôtel is close to tje beach. We did not stay at hotel. We just went a few times for drinks. The café /bar in lobby is quite fantastic. Service is exquisitely kind and professionnel. Coffee, cakes, draught beer are all perfect. Sofas are elegant and confortable. All very nice.

I stayed in the Radisson for 4 night in November 2024. It is quite a modern hotel, situated in Sopot (locals call Sopot the "Ibiza of Poland"). Sopot is really attractive, I have stayed here many times, but definitely not in November. However for business reasons this hotel was excellent: the rooms were comfortable, clean, sufficient space. Breakfast was superb (good choices for any kind of "eater"), but also the restaurant was nice. In addition I also liked the vibe and style of the hotel. Potentially the only downside of the hotel is that it isn't situated directly in the centre of Sopot. So you either need to walk for 20-30 minutes or take a taxi/bike/drive by yourself. Definitely I would recommend this hotel, based on the above.

This is a luxurious hotel with high standards when it comes to interior, the rooms and the exterior. The hotel is family- and children friendly whilst still performing above any noisy and crowded family hotel elsewhere. The location is perfect, only 20-25 mins from the airport in Gdańsk. 3 minutes walk to the beach. The ala carte restaurant in the hotel offers a great menu, above any nearby restaurant that we visited. The buffet is not as good as the ala carte. Choices at breakfast are endless. Spa is clean and nice, the hotel has a large backyard area for play, work out and recreation. The gym has a very high standard. This stay would be rated as excellent if it weren’t for the inattentive and sometimes unfriendly and impolite staff. We had no feeling of being appreciated as guests and did not receive any recognition for the VIP membership. The staff in general did at times seem annoyed with their job and one of the female bartenders even answered in a disrespectful manner when she forgot to include our discount on the bill. Not solution- or service oriented. If the service and attitude improves, this hotel can reach new heights.

We arrived at the hotel early, a few hours before the room was ready. We were offered to eat at the hotel's breakfast buffet as it was still open. We perceived this as a kind gesture and took advantage of the offer. At checkout, it turns out that they charged us 310 zloty for the breakfast without mentioning that the offer was conditional on payment. It is acceptable that they charge for this type of service, but they should inform us about it instead of making it seem like a kind offer. We tried to get our point across at checkout without any understanding from the staff. We then contacted the Front Office Manager by email, who also showed no understanding. The General Manager also stated that this is their procedure and personally responded that the hotel acted according to their instructions. The hotel stay was fine, but this type of handling of incidents is simply unacceptable.
