During my stay, the highlight was definitely Hawlre from the Game Center. He went above and beyond to help, always kind, patient, and professional. He made the experience not only fun but also welcoming, showing real dedication to his work. Staff like him are rare—he’s the reason my stay felt extra special, and I truly believe he deserves recognition and a higher position in the hotel. And chief Mahmoud is also outstanding kind and skilled in creating great dishes Yet the room service isn’t as good they don’t respond tho we call during their work window but thru don’t respond so we had issues with that only

The resort was so excited with very clean and beautiful wooden room that was with very calm of mountains views . The more nice thing the hot outdoor swimming pool . I will come again in the snowy season.

I highly recommend taking the time to come here and share a quality time with your loved ones , let’s call it a paradise escape, the view on point the staff with nice hospitality , the hotel hygiene and food was international kitchen, the pool was clean and they take care of their residents privacy, we enjoyed in the night the pool party with a nice live music and buffet diner,I would like to thank Ms. Rose for the hospitality and making sure we all comfortable here ,definitely will take the opportunity to visit again !
