The hotel is a family heritage, and the service staff are very nice. It can be seen that they love this job from the bottom of their hearts... What a coincidence, I met their Michelin dinner. Naihua, until the finale, all dancers and carnivals 🎉, the whole atmosphere scene is like a fairy tale...perfectly interprets Italians' relentless pursuit of beautiful details! Recommend friends who come to Nanyi, you must come and experience it

I recall looking at this hotel in 1995 as I was out exploring Sorrento as a budget traveler. I decided to visit Sorrento in 2023, booked Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria. I brought my niece and nephew for a short 2 night stay. Everything from cocktails on the terrace at sunset, to the relaxing poolside w snacks from L'Orangerie. And the nightcaps at Le Pergola Bar. I just love this hotel. I've been back 3 summers in a row bringing different friends and family to experience the hotel. I have also seen returning guests and familiar team members each year. Corrado (Concierge) is the best!! He has scheduled my private boat tours and they are truly some of my favorite days in life. I look forward to my visit next summer!

An excellent hotel. Staff amazing, decor amazing. Beautiful art work around the hotel. Food excellent. Pool huge and amazing. Lovely comfy room, pillows and bathroom. Could not wish for more. The views are stunning. The gardens tranquil and quiet away from the busy Sorrento town. Excellent to walk around Sorrento and dine there too, but just divine to come back to the tranquil gardens of Excelsior Vittoria!

We just stopped in for a drink before reboarding our ship for drinks and the view. The view is breathtaking, the service superb! We sat next to a couple that said their room was exceptional. HIGHLY recommend. There was a sailboat race just finishing and the shopping was just as good!

What a great dining experience this was on the outside Terrace overlooking the bay of Naples. The food, although very pricy, is worth every penny. It is delicious, served by professional staff (I have only praise); the location and views are breathtaking. It will blow you away; it is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that you will NOT regret. It is First Class all around. Please see my Photos. They speak for themselves. This deluxe Resort is located right on the Main Square. At the Entrance, you will be greeted by a Hostess. She will take you to the office to fill out a form ( they really want to know who you are - all about security) . You walk through beautifully manicured gardens to reach the Resort / Restaurants, located on a cliff. Another Hostess will greet you and walk with you to the outside Terrace, where you will enjoy delicious food and great views. I salute the staff working here; they are outstanding and very accommodating. Keep up the good work.
