The Hotel is lovely. The views are amazing and our room’s balcony overlooked the sea with Napoli in the distance. Capri was in the sunset. I pick a hotel for the bar and Salvatore the barman was a delight. We were there in November and it was quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend.

Overall very nice place to stay. A little inconsistent in replacing items during housekeeping and charging 7 euro just for water with dinner is a little outrageous. The front desk could be a little better at answering basic questions about Sorrento (for a 5 star hotel - they were fine, but when you're paying $1,500+/night to stay there you expect a little more). An example was getting a straight answer about how the ferries work and the best way to pay for them. The room, property and beach club were all great. We enjoyed snorkeling off their dock.

Absolutely one of the best hotels I've stayed in.
Enrico, and the whole staff, were amazing and caring and gave great service. We wish we had stayed longer than a few days at this hotel. Sorrento was our favorite city in our 3 week tour of Italy. So much beautiful coastline, islands, boats and swimming.
