We had such a great time at Grand President Hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, the waiters and kitchen staff work really hard to provide a tasty and varied menu. The cleaners keep the hotel spotless. Wines and beers are good and we enjoyed sitting in the bar admiring the amazing view across Sorrento, to the Bay of Naples onto Vesuvius. There is a lovely walk into town, turn right out of the hotel then take the first right. A cobbled, wide path takes you downhill to Sorrento. After several enjoyable hours in town we made use of the hotel courtesy bus back up the hill for a well-earned beer. Pompeii, Herculaneum and a walk up Vesuvius to look into the crater were excellent experiences. Sorrento etc are busy places but great destinations.

my family and I stayed for 5 days, we were impressed by the view of the entire gulf of Naples and by the friendliness of all the staff, in particular MARCO from the SPA who massaged my son, my husband and me, who made us really relax, after all three of us we were in total well-being. delicious food, abundant breakfast and shuttle every 30 minutes that takes you to the center of Sorrento. highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the stunning view on the Gulf of Naples and the volcano Vesuvio. Besides, we would like to say THANK YOU to all the friendly people who work in this hotel - in the restaurant, cleaning the rooms as well as at the reception. Also the gardener does a very nice job and has impressed us with his passion.

The best holiday ever !!! What a stunning hotel !! The breakfast was just simply divine ! They have every choice you can think of !! Such friendly kind and caring staff!! The dinner was beautiful so so nice ! Beautiful dining ! The scenery is probably one of thee best places in sorrento! We had my wedding here in September with 117 guests and everyone still talks about the food and views !! Cannot rate this hotel any higher it was outstanding from start to finish! Special mention to wedding coordinator Angela what a lady ! ❤️ thank ye for everything! The pool area was fabulous so clean . The rooms were stunning especially the sea views ! we can't wait to go back next year for our 1st anniversary. Thank you to all the staff for giving us the best time of our lives !

The staff are so professional and friendly. The hotel itself has so much space and is well equipped with places to sit and enjoy the lovely views. The place just needs a little more updated style of furniture in some of the areas and my only other gripe is that the breakfast food was sometimes cold. Had a good experience overall.

Lovely quiet hotel. Staff very friendly. Easy to get down to the town by shuttle service every 30 mins. Restaurant staff can’t do enough for you and food was lovely. Would highly recommend. Quite hilly in that area, so not good if you want to walk.

Located in the hills, a beautiful property with the most amazing views over the Gulf of Naples. Lovely seaview room, cool and relaxing. The meals on half board were appetizing with great service. The pool was busy from sun up, it was August, very hot and to be expected. A complimentary bus service goes down to the town several times a day. Great holiday.
