The staff were great and suggested appropriate dining options in the area to us. They were in a hard place in the morning though at the breakfast area. It was out of milk and they had no option to get any more until the supervisor came in. They need a slush fund or something so they can go shopping if they need to and there needs to be a check list for the day shift to check the afternoon before to make sure the breakfast supplies are stocked. The downstairs bathrooms need to be checked more frequently. I went to get my dog's water dish filled and the bathroom smelled like methane. The toilets all had unflushed BM in them. Yes, all of them. The room was clean and nice. The area was walkable and felt safe.

Only stayed one night passing through but it was a nice, clean, quiet and easy to get to. Breakfast could have been better but it’s a free breakfast.

Only one person at the front desk, long, long line of people waiting to check in (other hotels have checkin on their app and doors open with your phone -bypass checkin at front desk altogether). They also apparently have only one luggage cart and whoever borrowed it that afternoon, never returned it. I had a heavy cooler that I needed to bring to the room but was not able to.

The room was ok but it had a musty smell and the air conditioner just never seemed to get cool. This hotel is convenient and price is usually good. Maybe they need to upgrade the air conditioner units.

Great start and service taper off throughout stay
Everything seemed to be great for the 1st 5 days. Strangely, on the 5th day at about 10am, our door flew open and a man walked into the room, I suppose he realized his error as when seeing us, he turned around without a word, shut the door and left. Only one elevator worked and day 3, the 2nd elevator broke and everyone had to use the stairs.Unfortunately at 2am I was awaken to total darkness, no electric, by 10 am, we had heard from no hotel employee and decided with room temperature reaching near 90 degrees to checkout early and leave. Oddly, places in both directions had electric. We felt, an employee should have gone room to room to appraise customers of the situation.

Everything was great about this property. The only downside was there was only one working elevator and it took quite a while for that to arrive on each floor.
