"While the location and the view from the room are undeniably fantastic, absolutely nothing else about this property justifies the premium price tag. Despite appearing to be a new hotel, the quality and service are completely unacceptable. Here is a breakdown of our incredibly disappointing stay: Zero Service: Even basic 3-star or 4-star hotels offer standard in-room services; this place had pathetic to non-existent service. Unprofessional Staff: The staff lacks basic manners and was extremely rude to us. Subpar Room Quality: The bedsheets and pillows felt like they belonged in a cheap, run-down lodge rather than a premium hotel. Broken Amenities: The TV in our room was damaged and broken, and the bathroom sanitaryware was shockingly poor. Horrible Breakfast: The morning food was just as bad as the rest of the experience. This place charges a bomb but fails to deliver on even the most basic hospitality standards. We stayed at much better properties during our trip, and ending it here completely spoiled our vacation. Save your money and book elsewhere."

"The location is 10/10!!! The best beach on the island! Daily breakfasts are varied, with Indian and European options available weekdays. They're delicious and filling. Dinner starts at 6:30 PM, and the staff is happy to explain the menu and help you choose a dish. Alcoholic drinks are available, and happy hour is available: buy two drinks and get the third free! The room has everything you need: water, tea/coffee, and toiletries. Daily cleaning and fresh drinking water delivery are included. Thank you for a pleasant stay!"

So the approach to hotel is thru’ narrow streets . Which is a put off. Location is below average. No bar or SPA operational because it’s in residential colony. "We stayed at Cottage Garden View rooms - the rooms need upgradation. Lights inside the room is not adequate. Staff behavior excellent and very helpful. Check in experience is excellent. Food quality and taste is vey good - the chef indeed is a master in his area. Food cost is high and quantity is also not commensurate with price. Special thanks to Timir of Restaurant who is a very charming and helpful guy. The reception team also deserves a special mention for their behaviour and attitude. Keep it up team Symphony. Only request to the owner / management to uplift the room infrastructure."

"We stayed at this resort as a group and booked 6 rooms. Unfortunately, 3 rooms (102, 105, and 106) had non-functional air conditioning. After we reported the issue, the management shifted us to different rooms, but the replacement rooms also had AC problems. This clearly indicates that the property has a serious maintenance issue with its air-conditioning system. During hot weather, this made our stay extremely uncomfortable. Another major disappointment was the resort's claim of being kid-friendly. We were traveling with 4 young children, expecting at least a few basic food options suitable for kids. However, there were no simple items such as idli, dosa, plain rice, or other child-friendly meals. The only option repeatedly suggested by the staff was khichdi. While khichdi can be a good meal, it is unrealistic to expect young children to eat the same food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for three days. We repeatedly requested alternative options, but there was little effort to accommodate our needs. A property that markets itself as kid-friendly should understand the basic dietary requirements of families with young children and provide a reasonable variety of simple meals. The staff was polite, but good service alone cannot compensate for poor room maintenance and the lack of essential facilities for families. Before promoting the resort as a kid-friendly destination, the management should: Ensure all rooms have properly functioning air conditioners. Offer a basic children's menu with simple, freshly prepared meals. Improve maintenance standards so guests are not shifted from one faulty room to another. Overall, our family had a very uncomfortable stay due to the repeated AC failures and the absence of suitable food for children. Until these issues are addressed, I would not recommend this resort to families traveling with young kids."

Tilar Siro Andamans - a CGH Earth Experience
"Tilar Siro at Swaraj Dweep (Havelock Island) is a gem. It's located right on the seashore. The beach in front of it is rocky but a swimmable beach is just to the right only a few steps away. No one but the hotel guests seem to visit that beach so it's kind of private. For the best views, select first floor rooms on sea-side cottages. Rooms are spacious with a large bathroom. High speed wi-fi available in the rooms, we got 150-200 Mbps speed. Now coming to the main part, the services. All the services and staff are excellent. We weren't denied any extra requests. They were not extravagant demands but hotels these days deny simple requests easily. Front desk staff are polite and helpful. They helped with renting scooters and arranged to have them dropped and picked up from the hotel itself, saved a lot of time. Swimming pool is good and kept cleaned. Housekeeping was neat and perfect. Restaurant and mocktail bar staff are super efficient and humble. We had some of the best mocktails and food there. Try pizza and pasta apart from usual buffet dinner/breakfast at the restaurant, it's too good. Ask for Piña Colada mocktail. We had one of the best virgin Piña Colada here. Making it this good even when it's not on the regular menu is an achievement and speaks a lot about expertise of the bartender. Head chef is an expert and a very polite and jolly person. We had 1 lunch, 3 breakfasts and 3 dinners at their inhouse restaurant and they were all excellent. Food in terms of taste, quality, freshness and variety is top-notch. They have live music at the dinner time. The artist has a good voice and excellent choice in songs. He took many requests and performed well with his guitar. It added good vibes to the excellent dinner experience. Definitely recommended. Travel time: first week of May"
