It's a beautiful house in a lovely place. It's a shame we only spent one night there, but it was stunning! I wish I could go back someday! Everything was clean and new! The place was peaceful and excellent for walking around! Thank you!

Everything was perfect, the location, the apartment, the view, the playground area for the kids, the welcome sherry, the communication with the host and I love the decoration! It was a good idea to gave us the planning of the loadshedding.

Lovely cottage in gorgeous indigenous garden overlooking beautiful valley. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed the walk to the suspension bridge through the pristine forest which is well marked.

The rooms are lovely, amd have a beautiful view of the forest. Unfortunately you can hear your neighbours if they're on their patio which can't be helped. Just hope you get quiet neighbour's 😊 We really enjoyed our 5 night stay as it was close to everything.

What a gem! Beautifully furnished room opening onto a patio that overlooks a majestic forest. There is a 45 minute trail thru the forest that is worth at least a daily walk. And the braai over the edge of the patio is a real nice extra. The only negative is you can hear your neighbours very clearly.

These were the words muttered by my father-in-law throughout the entire weekend at Woodlands as he stared out at the forest below from the deck of the cottage. An absolutely stunning location for a peaceful family get-together, with a beautiful forest walk attached, but only a 15 minute drive from Knysna. I can only strongly recommend Woodlands to anyone else.

A very well aquiped and clean cottage with a nice view. Ww enjoyed the hammock, braai area, beautiful gardens and friendly dog. Being near to Knysna and other holiday locations facilitated vistiting shops and restuarants.

The owners of 'WOODLANDS" on Rheenendal Road have spent over ten years constructing superbly appointed cabins set in a manicured fynbos garden with a desk overlooking a pristine afromontane forest that leads down to a stream and a beautifully engineered timber bridge. A personized welcoming letter; farm milk in the fridge; fresh flower arrangements; complimentary sherry, chocolate on the bedside..... What a privilege
