Heritage Village Resort & Spa Goa

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Heritage, staying in a suite for 14 nights. Lovely spacious balcony overlooking the pool. Massive bed with the best pillows ever! Good range of toiletries topped up daily. Staff friendly and helpful in all departments. Pool bar and blue lagoon bar had good range of drinks and cocktails. Good choice of buffet food in Chutneys restaurant. Pool towels an added bonus. Quiet location, with walk to the beautiful beach only 5 mins away, the hotel lays on tuk tuk to take you also. A great stay!

Another great vacation at the Heritage The location is great with a short walk to the beach or take advantage of the Tuk Tuk provided by the hotel. The staff are a credit to the hotel Anne and Salome with all the girls on reception are always there to help 🙂 The staff in the restaurant are brilliant ***** with the entertainment team who will keep you entertained or you can always find a quiet place to relax. The restaurant can get busy at times and being a very picky eater found it hard to find something to eat as I don’t like spice or curry’s 🤦🏻‍♀️ Hugh never had any problems and really enjoy the selection of food 🥘 The Mama Misa is a credit to the hotel although not included in the All inclusive it was set in beautiful surroundings with live music, and again the staff are amazing I ate the wontons which where delicious with no spices 😋 The rest of our company always found the food delicious with a great variety. The rooms are great and we had a room overlooking the pool. During the evenings the entertainment was a bit hit or a miss but some great new acts during gala nights. The karaoke night went down really well with a variety of very good singers. The star fish shack on the beach is great with a good variety of food. During our stay was international women’s day with all the women very spoilt and the entertainment during lunch was brilliant and could have listened to them all day. Also roses when given to all the women at the hotel. Love the hotel and All the staff !!!!! and definitely recommend the Heritage village for a great vacation 😀

Excellent service by Abhinav during dinner & breakfast. The food quality is really great. Looking forward to our next stay. My room stay was very good and checking was fantastic resort is too much good and restorent all staff is excellent service live counter kastu curry is very nice

Since I needed to be in Goa for business my client made a reservation in this hotel for two weeks. As soon I arrived I was impressed about the friendliness of the staff. Since I was here on business I needed a table to work on in my room (which had only a little sofa table in the room). So I asked Annie (lady in charge at the reception and/or hotel) and 5 min in my room two people from the hotel stopped by and brought me a desk chair and table. I am a late eater (I know it is not very healthy - but that’s me) and I was told the restaurants close at 23.00 (but you can order room service around the clock). So I arrived in the hotel bar about 22.30 (adjacent to one of the two hotel restaurants) and ask if I can have some food from the restaurant while watching sports in the bar. No problem, I had my beer together with a Tum—Yum soup and some Sushi. Everything was perfect. And nobody was complaining that I sat in the bar after 23.00 watching more sports. The staff in the bar (Michael and Jesmond) and from Mama-Miso Restaurant (Deepak) were helpful and friendly. They almost read my mind and accommodate all what I potentially wanted. On young receptionist (Swaraj) stand also out in terms of helping me whenever I needed something. Overall I can only recommend the Heritage Resort for somebody who wants to relax in a very clean and super-friendly atmosphere. What almost forgot to mention, the hotel is just 300 m away from kilometer long “hour-glass-sand” beach. Awesome !!!

We recently visited Goa and stayed in this beautiful property. Heritage village resort was an amazing place and we have the best holiday experience. The entire team was very friendly and the hospitality was truly awesome. Will definitely visit this place again. Beautiful memories.

A superb welcome into the hotel by the lovely reception team. Very comfortable & spacious room with all the facilities you need. Very beautiful central pool area with lush gardens surrounding ample sunbeds & shades. 2 fab restaurants- 'Chutney' and 'Mama Miso' giving a wide choice of dining pleasures. We think the best thing about this place is the staff team all so polite & helpful and couldn't do enough for you 10/10. No hesitation in recommending a stay here.

Beautifully maintained resort. Being in close proximity of beach was a plus..Family friendly, A number of activities to keep your kids involved...Wide variety of food options to choose from..Overall we had a great time and would love to return back..

Cleanest Beach and is walkable from the resort. Amazing christmas and new year arrangement. All rooms are excellent. Buffet spread and restaurants are cosy. Swimming pool is just so relaxing. All in all the best experience ever. Family friendly experience

Awesome stay. Staff was very kindly. Housekeeping is also good. Mr. Simon, house keeping staff is very polite with always smiling. They provide complimentary birthday celebration of my son. So we thanks to all staff members for feel good during my stay.
