The location and cleanliness are good. However, there is no universal power point in the room, which is something Ritz rooms normally provide. Housekeeping service provided after we requested it. It would be more convenient if these could be improved.

Booked 1 bedroom residence for the family. The bed is really comfy and huge. The apartment has a nice small balcony from the bedroom, washing machine dryer and kitchenette. I enjoyed my amazing view as we stayed over new year. We could see all the fireworks and the changing lights of Citibank. Location is great as Pacific place is accessible from the hotel lobby. Only thing is if you GRAB food, they find it hard to deliver to the hotel but manageable. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

I have never had that bad mouldy smell all over hotel. Should you commence major refurbishment asap. Towels were horrible. There were number of marks & too old ones they keep to use. Make-up sometimes too late to do
Staffs were extreme friendly & well attentive.

The stay was amazing great and the location wise was right in the middle of the scbd, I got upgraded and there’s a mall right downstairs where u can easily get food and coffee!!! And not to mentioned that is quite near to the airport where my ride to the ap only took 45mins… will come back again once I’m heading back to Jakarta again… thanks ritz for the great hospitality!!!
