Had a 3 nights stay with my son. All is good about the hotel from cleanliness to the service of the staffs.
The only negative is the food for the breakfast buffet was cold. The only food that was hot or warm is the egg station and porridge.
Overall im happy with my stay.

Spacious room, nice view of the city. Free mini bar of 4 canned drinks refilled each day.
Very comfortable bed and incredibly smooth bed covers and sheets. Very friendly and helpful staff, some of them will say ‘good morning’ ‘hello sir’ when they see you.
A pity that the room is on the 10th floor, the view of the shower room is blocked by the structure outside the building, suggest to ask for a higher floor, and the lifts do not go to 5th floor breakfast restaurant and the 17th floor of gym and pool. Need to go down to G/f and change lift. Not very convenient.
The swimming pool is not very big but with nice view and atmosphere.
Many choices available in breakfast, from local to western dishes. The egg, noodles and soup stations are pretty nice, though other precooked hot dishes are not kept very hot.
Recommend the ‘Whiterock Terrace’ on G/f which provide tasty burger and cocktails with very reasonable price.

Stayed here for a business trip to Jakarta. The high-floor room offered amazing views, and I loved having a dedicated Grab food delivery cabinet – made ordering food super convenient, just like back home. Overall, a pretty good experience.

A fairly standard Accor hotel in Southeast Asia; it has all the basics, but that's about it.
1. **Location**: It's in South Jakarta. Unless you have business there, there's absolutely no reason to stay here. For a similar price (around 1000), you could opt for the Four Seasons or Ritz.
2. **Halal Hotel**: Breakfast is chaotic, with a massive crowd and tons of food, none of which is really edible. And, of course, no bacon.
3. **Infinity Pool**: The water isn't clean, and it's swarming with kids.
Oh, and they do have a Grab locker for food deliveries.
In summary, there's absolutely no reason to recommend this place.

The location was good - I loved the view from the room and the shower, and it doesn’t take too long to get to where I needed to go.
I appreciated the service as they personally WhatsApp messaged me to confirm that I did not need the room to be cleaned one of the days and that I did not put a Do Not Disturb by mistake.
The breakfast buffet was good and had good variety. Amenities such as bathroom toiletries and drinks were also much appreciated.
What I was disappointed with was the unavailability to call restaurants from my room’s phone to make a reservation. I do not have a local line and was unable to make a reservation for the same day, turns out the restaurant was closed for a private event when I arrived, which would have been avoided if I could call ahead. This is not a difficult addition to their service, almost no cost to them.
If this was made possible, I would have given full marks to this hotel.

Nice room but service staff at the restaurant during breakfast is poor. Repeatedly asked for coffee but never came. Room service not thorough as many strands of hair and even cigarettes butt can be found in my non smoking room. However, service staff at the reception and lobby is excellent.

The location is good if you have to work in SMESCO Indonesia, road between is very accessible. The breakfast provided comes in variety, they haven’t repeated the dish so far for my 3 night stays. The service in the lobby is decent, yet the room service is a little suck, as they forgot to refill the toilet paper for me for example. There are loads of facilities and the gym is nice!

Spider webs, dust, dirty carpets, and a building showing it’s wear. Under trained staff and zero management presence. It feels like the place is setup to get by with the minimum effort, and trading off the location and Mercure brand. Paid for a Mercure and got an Ibis.
