This place is awful. I don’t know how they have a three star plus review average. The first room didn’t have working hot water. I discovered this at 9:30 PM. Instead of moving me to a room that did have working hot showers and hot water, they had me wait for over a half an hour for the water heater to turn on. Then the lukewarm water lasted two minutes. Finally, after a bit of negotiating around 10:15 PM, they moved me to the next room. This room did have hot water. It also had a broken air conditioner. This took another half an hour to resolve. It was past 11 PM before I could begin my wind down to go to sleep. This morning, I noticed the room service phone doesn’t work. That’s because the cord was plugged into an outlet that did not have anything behind the cover. The shower had a ton of black mold above it as well. That was disgusting. The woman at the front desk was completely useless and required so much negotiating with just to receive standard quality. It shouldn’t be an ordeal to have a room with working hot water and working air conditioning. It shouldn’t take over an hour for these things to be resolved. I shouldn’t have to learn these things a hard way at the end of the night.
