We absolutely loved our time here. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The forest view was lovely and yet we were so close to the Heavenly Gondola. We had 5 adults and 4 children in the 6 bedroom Villa #11. We had a lovely view of the forest out the back and the Gondolas out the front corner windows.
The listing does need to be updated for accuracy though. On the negative side there was no desk (although the listing said there was one). But, on the up side, the 6 bedroom listing said 4 Kings and 1 Queen, but actually had 4 Kings and 2 Queens.
We would absolutely stay here again UNLESS my husband needs a desk in a bedroom for remote work. He ended up staying home once we realized that the listing was inaccurate. There were lots of nice tables and places to sit in the common areas. However, adding a simple desk to the very spacious Master Bedroom would make a huge difference for anyone who needs to do remote video calls in a private space.

The villa we stayed was wonderful. Clean, furnished top notch, staff was so accommodating to our specific needs of checking in earlier. The location could not be better. I definitely would rent in this complex again. Two suggestions I hope are helpful: stock kitchen with salad/dessert plates in addition to the lovely large dinner plates. There were times when a smaller plate would have sufficed, and larger plate not needed. Also, a new coffeemaker is recommended. Ours leaked and making coffee was not a good experience. Those are minor compared to all the wonderful things about the staff and villa. Thank you very much.

The location, cleanliness, decor, and layout of this villa is absolutely perfect! We stayed in the 5 bedroom unit which has 3 master rooms, 1 king, and 1 queen and our entire group loved it! We were able to walk to the Heavenly Village within 5min which made it super easy to get on the gondola with our snowboarding equipment. Communication was also great by the Gondola Vista team. I'll definitely book this place again when we have a large group!

This house felt brand new. Rooms were clean, kitchen was huge and ample room in this house. The only thing it lacked was a little bit of kitchen cookware. The staff is fantastic and they have this service that will get all your groceries for you the day that you arrive and have everything arranged for you when you get to the house. It is $50 and it is a 10/10 service. I wish every house I rented had this service because it makes arrival day so much easier.
