Not a resort by any stretch of the imagination. However, it was updated. Clean and quiet location. Very convenient to the concert venue and walkable to restaurants and the beach.

Staff was super nice. There was no shower curtain in our bathroom so couldn’t take shower. Also there was an outside light right outside the window that made the room very bright and made sleep difficult. Lots of street noise as well. Also air conditioning did not work. Room was very hot

There is a pool that is not functional, no A/C, the plumbing for the shower is messed up. Would not stay there again for the price they charge.

Check in was quick, but not accommodating. The over all appearance of the place will looks nice but the rooms have no air flow, the doors do not lock when closed you have to slam it closed, the shower has only scolding hot water, no remote for the tv, trash all throughout the hotel property, noisy customers fitting in parking lot all hours of the night throwing things at cars off the balcony, **** smoke all over the place. If your into an all night drinking/weed smoking experience with couples fighting this is the place for you

no charm
$25 for parking in a Motel with a big empty lot - no way. The hotel was less than 20% full and they put a family with screaming children who bounced between the beds and walls all night right over us. Recently renvated so now its like a cheap white hospital room. No comforter, only a gross old fleece blanket. The teeny friege was placed in a cabinet made for a medium fridge and it didnt even fit a bottle of champagne standing up in it.

There’s a $25 parking fee and a $30 “resort fee” upon check-in, which was not mentioned on ******* when booking. Not sure what a resort fee covers at a motel with a closed pool/spa and no WiFi in the rooms. The floor in the room was very obviously not vacuumed and the blanket on the bed was crusty. There’s plenty of other cheap motels in Stateline, don’t waste your time with this one.

Walkimg distance easy!
Check in was easy. No one came to cleam our room and the walls were super thin!!! We could hear EVERYTHING!!!! Other than that, walkimg distamce to *******, restaurants amd lake

Entrance Door With A Big Gap Underneath
The person who did the check in was really pleasant and friendly, however, there wasn’t any technician to fix the heater. And therefore, we had a very cold night. The portable heater, we got from the gentleman whom did the check in, only work for a couple of hours. Also, there is a big gap underneath of the main door. Hence, a lot of cold air comes in making matters we’re. As for the rest of the unit, we have no additional suggestions. And thank you
