The check-in place at the front desk is not the place to stay Since we arrived at night Missed the instructions in front of the building After searching for a while, I found out that I had to check in at the sister hotel across the street Room facilities are very good large space for cooking However there are cockroaches

Staff were friendly and very helpful.. room was very spacious and clean but not super clean.. we stayed in 2 of the rooms there.. 1st 1 had a electric fry pan but 2nd room did not.. air con and showers were great.. overall awesome rooms and would definitely stay there again

Spacious and clean. Close to Palmer St and lots of restaurants and bars. A little noisy at night but to be expected in this location. Good balcony Efficient air con in living space and bedrooms We were very happy with our stay.

These appartments were beautiful clean spacious modern with all the Bells and whistles, we only had one night, but will be booking these again as we are regular visitors to Townsville
