Bad experience reception staff was lovely the owner rude and arrogant does not state you need a 90 deposit on card almost lost my accommodation because I was unaware I needed a deposit

My experience with this hotel was very disappointing. When I arrived late for check-in, there was no one at the reception desk, and despite several attempts to call, nobody answered. Eventually, the only “assistance” they offered was asking me to provide my credit card number along with the CVC code, which is extremely unsafe and unprofessional. In the end, I lost my money and was forced to sleep at the airport. The hotel provides very poor service and does not value guests’ privacy or security. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

It’s nice location and easy to walk around Townsville CBD. The staff was so nice and kind. Very recommend.

This is the third time I've stayed here and everything about this place is fantastic. However, the office closes at 5 pm and customers have to call for check-in process after this time. Either the office hours should be till 7 pm or the staff should call the customers regarding their arrival time.
