"I recently stayed at Venus Hotel in Delhi for a day and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was good. I was satisfied with all the amenities and services provided by the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend Venus Hotel to others."

It was one of the dirtiest hotel I have come across. There was mould on the walls. Wallpaper was coming off the walls at numerous places. They tried to stick back the wallpaper with sticky tape. The bed was smelliest I could describe. It appeared that the bedding is not regularly changed. The kettle had a broken handle. Imagine holding an electrical equipment with a broken handle. In the bathroom, they didn't have a shower curtain to separate the washing area from rest of the bathroom The exhaust fan was broken. Towels were dirty. I would have given the hotel a minus score. Terrible

This is a terrible, dirty hotel...ok it cost us $34 a night so I should have expected something worse then the phony reviews of the place. And that indeed is the problem...phony reviews. The hotel lobby is depressing. The day manager is unsmiling, rude and clueless. The room was sketchy with pealing wallpaper, a bucket for the shower, and a questionable bed mattress...eh...painful. The real problem here is that the review said the Venus was good to exceptional value. It isn't. Its a cheap hotel in a string of cheap airport hotels. Unless you have no other options...stay away!

Bogus photos. Ac not working, not fixed Spoiled linen and bedsheets Very bad bathroom .....absolutely pathetic service The hotel requested did not have any amenities as was shown in the pictures Bathroom was very bad. Pathetic buckets and spoiled bedsheets They promised room change but did not do. Ac was not fixed
