I had to be in Melbourne for a business trip for over a week and picked the Olsen. Very convenient to get to different parts of Melbourne, close to the mall with grocery store, restaurants and shopping. Love that you can open the windows for fresh air unlike other hotels.

Nice neighborhood close to trams and trains
The gym is a bit small but there is a cozy little pool.
Housekeeping left cleaning tools in the room one day. It's a pity that the bathroom doesn't have a bathtub and the water pressure is not high

I went to watch the Australian Open, and it was located in the South Yarra area, 12 minutes from the stadium, and there were many nice restaurants. The room was spacious, and the kitchen and dining area were especially great.

The room is not particularly big, but the overall stay is good. There are disposable slippers, but no toothbrush or toothpaste. Water and drinks in the refrigerator need to be paid extra. A deposit of 100 Australian dollars will be charged to the credit card when checking in, which was refunded one day after I checked out.
