Park Inn Palace, Southend on Sea Reviews

This hotel is located central to Southend-on-Sea, just s short walk for both the beach and the town centre. The room was a good size, clean & comfortable with tea/coffee facilities.

Fantastic location right next to the pier. Sadly no car park which is costly over the road

Friendly staff, great location. The balcony isn’t private so couldn’t leave the door open for air, that was my only concern.

Great location by the sea and outside the theme park. Rooms are clean and tidy

Everything was fine in till I open the window and the who thing came off meaning the window fall out and I was with my family on the 5th floor and it’s a family room 518 so that was dangerous for my family to be fair so please sort it out asap before someone makes a fat claim

The location was fine and I could go shopping nearby and conveniently. However, the windows of the room (Room no. 509) were dirty and affected the view. As a whole, it was a nice room.

The carpet in the room and overall was full of marks .The window in the room was not opening and the conditional air was not working so the room was boiling.The breakfast was really poor and the scramble eggs were underusing my friend was vomiting after because of them. And the worse part is that you cannot check in before 3pm and check out has to be before 12 pm so we pay a huge amount of money for a room that doesn’t deserve not even half of it,for less than 24 hours.

Staff were brilliant, some amenities, plumbing fixtures and decor need to be updated.

we stayed one night at PARK INN HOTEL in Southend-on-sea and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The Location is fantastic - Just a short walk to the beach, which made our stay feel like a perfect little seaside getaway. The atmosphere was peaceful, and everything felt clean and welcoming. it was exactly what we needed for a relaxing night away. would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again!
