Suenos Guesthouse

We have just returned from a 2 night stay at Suenos Guest House. Everything you could need,and more! Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Our room had a balcony overlooking sea. A great place to sit and enjoy a drink from the mini-bar! Excellent hosts. Nothing too much trouble. Several good eateries within walking distance. Free parking available.

I am a regular traveller for work and stay in many hotels, and I am so over it. But this B&B was such a delight, I wish I’d discovered it years ago. The room was so beautifully maintained, I felt like I was the first guest to stay in it. The owners have spared no expense and the quality of the bathroom, the floors and facilities add to the luxury-feel. The room lacked nothing, from mini-bar fridge, refreshments, hairdryer, fan, make-up removing cloths… I am not going to bore you but I did not need to pack any of my “just-in-case” travel items. The owners have thought of everything to make this an upgrade on home-from-home. The owners are also the perfect hosts. Very relaxed, friendly and welcoming but not at all in-your-face. I was given lots of space to relax and come and go as needed. Downstairs has a lovely guest lounge and veranda that is open and peaceful. I stayed two nights for work and slept brilliantly both nights, and the location is ideal for accessing Southend .

This is an exceptional place to stay. It has an ideal location with allocated parking. We were in the large front facing bedroom with a balcony. The view was stunning. The room was spacious and very comfortable. All needs accommodated including a full mini bar. A lovely extra touch. Neil and Theresa are excellent hosts happy to recommend or advise on amenities in the locality. The house is beautifully furnished and the freshly cooked breakfast is superb. We look forward to a return trip.

We really could not rate this guest house any higher it was 100% excellent in every way and absolutely fabulous host’s. With the added bonus of catch up tv in the room, a well stocked fridge and every thing you could possible need. Thanks again for such a nice stay.

great little hotel very homely, clean and Teresa couldn't do enough to help you. room was great and shower was perfect. Mini bar in the room with what you need and snacks bed was really comfy. would definitely stay here again when passing through.

We had a very pleasant stay. Teresa and Neil were very welcoming and made us feel like old friends. Our room had great views of the beach front. The room was light and airy, bathroom spotless and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was superb. We would stay again (and again!)
