The manager on the reception was unwelcome. We found a cockroach in the apartment! The apartment is outdated a bit. The location and view is great.

The location is very convenient for getting to work or school, and having a shopping mall downstairs for groceries is incredibly handy. The only major downside was encountering a huge cockroach, which was quite unsettling. Fortunately, the front desk staff were helpful in dealing with the problem. The cleanliness left a bit to be desired, but despite this, I might still consider staying here again.

I booked a one-bedroom, one-living room ocean-view room for four nights. The hotel was on the 36th floor, with a fantastic unobstructed ocean view. I felt I didn't even need to go to any viewing platform; my room itself was the best photo spot for this Gold Coast trip. The kitchen was fully equipped with tableware and cookware, so cooking was no problem. There was a large supermarket downstairs, making grocery shopping very convenient, and it was also very close to the Southport tram stop. I enjoyed four perfect days of accommodation on the Gold Coast.
