Mmio85Since it was a newly opened hotel, the facilities, cleanliness, and view were the best.
However, there were many things that were disappointing for a high-class hotel, so I don't know if I will visit again.
There was no cleaning service on the third day, and no additional towels or amenities were provided.
I can't speak Japanese or English, so I went to the reception on the 19th floor in the evening,
but there were no staff at the counter, and although I made eye contact with a few staff members,
no one responded.
It seemed like the customers at the 19th floor bar were more important than the hotel guests.
There was no space for guests to sit before and after check-in.
I wonder if I should receive this kind of service while spending this money.
It's such a shame, considering the hotel has good facilities.

Great
GGuest UserA new perspective to define luxury. A bit tropic and funky way of premium resort, of course: with A Style😊😊😊
The balcony, bathroom and the aisle after entrance are great spots for me and my husband.
A great hotel you must consider in Fukuoka.

Great
MMia咩呀The Grand Hyatt Fukuoka is situated in the heart of Hakata, offering a tranquil retreat despite its convenient, central location. Rooms boast stunning city or harbor views. The standout feature is **Club Olympus**, the executive lounge, which offers exquisite all-day dining services. From freshly prepared breakfasts and afternoon tea to evening cocktail hours, the quality is consistently exceptional. We especially recommend the Saga beef appetizers and signature cocktails served in the evening. The rooms blend modern design with Japanese aesthetics, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The large communal bath features wonderfully soft water, and the sauna facilities are excellent. Service is exceptionally attentive, and the front desk can assist with reservations at popular restaurants. Perfect for both business and leisure travelers, it's a top choice for luxury accommodation in Fukuoka city center.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe rooms are large, there is free parking, there is a 7-11 7 minutes walk from the hotel, and there is a food mall in the back. The hotel is actually good, with a large bath. But you really need a car to stay, it takes 15 minutes by car to Tenjin/Hakata, which is actually not very convenient. If you schedule a trip to Haizhong Road, you can consider it. It only takes 15 minutes by car. Breakfast was normal and cheaper than Hakata, just a consideration of convenience of location.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very large, the hot spring is on the 2nd floor, there is an open-air pool and indoor pool, and the bath is very large. The hotel is right by the sea, the window of the room is facing the sea, the view is first-class, you can go to the beach for a walk and swim. The hotel's pool is only open every afternoon, we arrived at the hotel at 6 pm, and checked out at 10 pm the next day, so we were not able to go swimming in the pool. Breakfast and dinner are very rich! We have two children (3 and 8 years old), 3 years free, 8 years old will pay 8,000 yen (including breakfast and dinner and accommodation). There is no water in the room, but a pot of ice water is prepared. There is no bathtub in the room, so you must go to the big bath. The hotel has a washing machine and a dryer, 200 yen per time.
WWilliam PakAlthough this hotel is not located in the city center, the price is reasonable and the rooms are clean and tidy. It is less than 10 minutes' walk to the subway station and about 20 minutes by subway to the city center. There are also 711 and donki nearby for convenient shopping. The location is right in front of the runway, with planes taking off and landing, so it's a bit noisy, but the city of Fukuoka is actually very close to the airport, so it's almost impossible to avoid the sound of planes. There is a curfew at Fukuoka Airport from 10pm to 7am and there are no planes taking off or landing, so it basically does not affect your rest.
