⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A Perfect Stay, 100% Satisfied!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming.
The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay.
A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future!
Thank you again to the whole team and especially to 曾怡 for making our stay perfect!

Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect.
Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled.
What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team.
We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

The lake view from the room is great, and while the facilities are a bit old, they are very clean. There are plenty of activities for all ages and seasons, making a three-day, two-night stay perfect. The hotel staff are all warm and polite and interact well with children. The hot springs are a highlight, with over thirty open, so it never feels crowded, and there are many staff members attending to them.
However, the Fisherman's Wharf restaurant was a huge disappointment. A la carte options are expensive, and the set menus are limited, too salty, and the bamboo shoots were tough and unappetizing. It's definitely not suitable for two adults and one child; the only decent thing on the set menu was a fried fish roll. Furthermore, the service was abysmal. No one greeted us upon entering, and after our meal, no one asked for feedback, offered a small snack, or called a shuttle. There was absolutely no service to speak of, a stark contrast to the Hong Kong-style restaurants we've experienced. My rating is for the hotel; if it were just for Fisherman's Wharf, I'd give it only one star for the ambiance.

The room was beyond my expectation, very big and clean, the cabinet settings were very convenient, parking was convenient, and the shower was also one-touch start, which I loved. The location was unique, and Tianmu Lake Landscape Park was just across the road. I left a message and asked for two bed guards, and they responded quickly. I felt that the hotel staff were very elegant and polite from clothing to behavior, which reflected the high level of management of the hotel. There is an open-air children's playground on the second floor, which is also clean and large. Those who like to see the lake view can choose a lake view room, which has a good view. The room attendant also thoughtfully put a towel under my suitcase, which was super thoughtful. The fish head with sweet vinegar sauce, rice cakes, and lake shrimps in the Chinese restaurant are super delicious, and the breakfast is also very rich. The wontons are not very stale meat like some hotels that save costs, but real meat fillings. I like Tianmu Lake Hotel👍

The room was spacious and even had a small balcony. The facilities were a bit dated, and there was a slight leak under the sink. It was convenient to access the hot springs from the hotel, and we could even wear the hot spring loungewear back to the room, which was a thoughtful touch since our bathrobes were already wet. However, the auntie at the fruit counter in the hot spring's second-floor lounge area had a very bad attitude. Also, when I asked a waitress at the restaurant entrance about the heartwarming congee, she had no idea and I had to point to the sign for her. There's a serious lack of training there. On the bright side, the breakfast area was right next to the kids' play area, so adults could take turns eating while the kids played, which was great. The butler service was very attentive; they even reminded us daily not to miss breakfast and were very knowledgeable about attractions, which was very helpful. I especially want to praise the heartwarming congee served after the hot springs. It was made with freshly picked shepherd's purse from spring, which was incredibly comforting for a light hunger after a soak.

This was my second stay here, and checking in at the front desk was quick. The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and the dining area was comfortable and didn't feel crowded.
Even though I only stayed for one day, this hotel meets the needs of both business travelers and those on a leisure vacation. It will definitely be my top choice again next time I'm in Liyang! Highly recommend it to everyone! 👍

Guest UserFood: Breakfast was varied, with western, asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious.
Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery.
Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy.
Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad.
Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

-songjinghao-The location is absolutely fantastic! It's super close to Liyang High-Speed Railway Station and very convenient for visiting the Liyang Museum. It really saves time and effort for getting around and sightseeing ✨. A special thanks to Vivian at the front desk; her check-in process was warm and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Liyang!

lynnllllThe decoration style of the hotel is very comfortable, the details are very distinctive, and the lawn in the public area is also good. Very close to Nanshan Bamboo Sea.
I had a meal in the Chinese restaurant and it tasted good. There may be too many people on the Dragon Boat Festival. I also sent handmade yogurt and dumplings.
The private soup in the room is also very good, so I didn't go to the public hot spring.
You can order takeaways from milk tea and coffee
When I left, I was too late to take a taxi. The front desk staff offered to send the station. Thank you very much 🙏 I almost couldn't catch up with the high-speed rail back to Shanghai.

The entire scenic area has a central service desk. Unlike online hotel bookings which may not have room types available, this central service desk arranges rooms for everyone, even during the off-season, ensuring you get a centrally located room, saving you time and effort for your visit – commendable! After entering the designated hotel, you'll be served by the hotel receptionist. This time, we encountered a very attentive and helpful lady – Li Xuemei, a customer service representative at the Yanquan Hanguan (official store). When booking activities via mobile phone, she patiently guided us step-by-step. Also, one of our package items was a ”Jianghu Grand Feast” dinner show for two, which was already sold out when we arrived at the hotel. She immediately informed us that an additional show would be added that evening, demonstrating her commitment to meeting customer needs – thumbs up!
