"Have stayed since last year. Everything is good and not disappointing. Just one input, please be more briefed by LG for hotel staff so that LBH is friendly. Especially in the guarding section in the outside area if there are guests, there's nothing wrong with saying hello or if you see a guest who is having trouble just opening the door, can't you. That's all the input, please be helpful to LBH hotel staff towards guests. And be more sensitive to the surrounding environment."

RRonnyMy kids and wife really love this hotel. Since arrival up till check out we had really great time. Complete facilities for kids, nice foods, great servives from all staffs also wonderful ambience this hotel has it all.

AC was cold. Shower runs well. And there is water dispenser on the hotel corridor for refill. Also 2 water bottle inside the room. I think this is good.
The service was good and the staff were nice.
the hotel location in-front of the Manahan stadium. You can jogging or have a morning run. Several foods street on the surrounding area.
it would be good to be back again later and stay at Zest Parang Raja Solo

AAk RahmanThis is a beautiful property with clean well appointed rooms. The gym has good equipment and the pool is great. The only thing that I was not happy with is the hotel changed their policy about using the sauna and steam rooms. I have been visiting this hotel every year and this is the first time I was denied entry because I booked a superior room instead of a deluxe room. I believe this is a bad policy.

GGuest UserRoom was below average and you could see stains on the bedsheets. Room odour wasn't the greatest. Shower head was filthy. And you could hear noise outside your room door when people walked or talking.
Check in staff wasn't professional as one would expect. They are just saying yes and ok to every things or request merely just to get rid of you. No follow up on things requested even though things that you have agreed upon checking in. Hopefully they would change for the better because they are serious competition in the city.

The ambience feels like being at grandma's house with a really cool garden.
The cleanliness is CHAMPION!
There is a comfortable terrace for smoking smoki
The staff are friendly and ready to serve
Hot water flowing
Very close to the CFD area
Opposite the hotel there is a food stall so eating is safe
There is a wedangan jadoel in front of the hotel which is always busy
Negative:
I came to the room and was greeted by several dead lizards
There is no cupboard so bags and clothes are placed on a small table
Got 2 chairs but 1 was wobbly and needed to be repaired
I was there for 3 days and was only given 2 bottles and 2 towels
No renewal of towels & additional complimentary bottles of mineral water
The room I stayed in from morning was not cleaned / tidied up again
Hopefully it will become evaluation material for tourist mandalas
