Anonymous UserOur stay was good. We had planned for weekend staycation. There are many games on top floor. We enjoyed a lot. Felt refreshing. Breakfast was good. There were many options to choose from, including fresh juice and fresh fruits.

Due to the original hotel being fully booked and our reservation suddenly getting canceled, we had to make a last-minute switch to this luxury five-star hotel. Although some of the facilities are a bit dated, the service still meets five-star standards. The breakfast is especially worth mentioning — it offers a wide variety of options and tastes excellent.
I also booked a room for a colleague. I’m not sure what criteria were used for evaluation, but despite being a Ctrip Diamond member, I wasn’t upgraded, while my colleague was. Overall, though, the stay was still reasonably worth the price.

Every was nice. Beautiful property with lush green areas. Loved the is-ha ashram vibes created, could feel the grace. Only small issue was food at on kourse restaurant which was not good, we ordered basic dal and pane-er for dinner but taste was just flat, no flavours. Under the neem at chalets is good though, had breakfast there. They have lot of open as well as closed space to sit out as per your comfort. Rooms are small, and extra bedding is 5k even if you booked the stay for 3, so it was little inconvenient for a family of 3. Having said that we enjoyed our stay to the fullest considering the vibe the place has.

The experience is not really in line with this price. The facilities are quite old. The air conditioner in the room blows towards the bedside, so it has to be turned off. The noise from the lights is too loud. We changed to an executive floor, which is the only benefit.

Every staff member was kind, cooperative, and truly professional. I have been to many hotels and i must say the buffet dinner & breakfast at Qube had a huge variety, the taste & quality was flawless.👍

Cherrylamba14Taj Gurugram feels like my second home in India. I stay here for at least 10-15 days every six months and always enjoy the exceptional service and hospitality this hotel provides. They do their utmost to ensure a comfortable and safe stay, which is especially important when traveling solo. Special mention goes to Ritesh from the housekeeping department, who took great care of my room and kept it in excellent condition throughout my stay. I will definitely choose Taj again for my next visit to Gurugram.

Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

The hotel is first class.
The quality is very good.
Breakfast had a lot of choice.
Staff kept asking if everything was okay.
It was nice, but a little too much.
They made tea exactly the way I like it.
This was excellent service.
The parathas were very tasty.
The coffee was not good.
It tasted like instant coffee.
They should offer proper filter coffee or Americano.
Munhendra and each every staff was very helpful.
They tried hard to help everyone.
Room 919 had no proper hot water in the shower.
The valve needs fixing every day.
I suggest avoiding room 919.
Overall, a very good hotel with great service.

Beautiful property like an oasis. It is close to shopping areas too, so good location. The rooms are neat, clean and well maintained. They are neither too small nor too big, specially for a single or a couple. The swimming pool is also of good size. The Gym is well equipped. The food in all restaurants is of wide variety and tasty. Service is good.
