"I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Kuala Lumpur, and the experience exceeded my expectations.
One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its convenient access to Pavilion Mall via a covered bridge crossing at Banyan Tree. It’s just a short walk from the hotel and makes getting to the mall extremely easy while avoiding the terrible traffic jams in the area.
Getting a Grab was also very easy when heading further out, as the hotel is not located right in the middle of the main traffic congestion where vehicles can be stuck for hours just to travel a short distance.
All the staff were well-groomed, friendly, and professional, and they consistently went the extra mile to provide excellent service to their guests.
The breakfast spread was amazing. During our four-day stay, we enjoyed a wide variety of delicious dishes prepared by the chefs. We were also fortunate to be selected as Guest of the Day, which gave us access to the lounge. The lounge experience was fantastic, with à la carte breakfast, tea breaks, and cocktails served daily.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything tidy, with drinks thoughtfully topped up. I especially loved the room lighting and the sound system — the bass really added to the ambiance and made the stay even more enjoyable.
What truly touched me was the hotel’s attention to detail. They noted that this was my birthday trip and surprised me with a cake and balloons. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made my stay incredibly special and memorable.
I would strongly recommend Pullman Kuala Lumpur to anyone looking for a cosy, relaxing stay in KL. It truly made my trip worthwhile and unforgettable.

It's very close to Pavilion and KLCC, and only about 3 kilometers from Merdeka Square and Petaling Street, making transportation incredibly convenient. The hotel's service, cleanliness, and facilities are also top-notch. The executive lounge's afternoon tea was particularly abundant and impressive. Overall, Traders Hotel is a fantastic choice when visiting Kuala Lumpur.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent. We arrived at Kuala Lumpur Old Railway Station from Penang by train, and the hotel was right across the road. There are two subway stations nearby, and both the National Museum and National Mosque are within walking distance. The hotel service was very thoughtful and attentive. The breakfast was rich and varied, and we had an unforgettable Chinese New Year 🌷🌺💐. We'll definitely stay at The Majestic again! 👏

GGuest UserTrue to its name, this is a top-notch 5-star hotel! The front desk and lobby staff were incredibly detailed, patient, and thoughtful in their service. Although the hotel is a bit old, the cleanliness is still excellent! We visited during Chinese New Year, and the lobby was beautifully decorated with a festive atmosphere. On the first day of the New Year, they even had a lion dance and drum performance at noon! The location is also great, not far from the Petronas Twin Towers and Pavilion Mall. We walked everywhere, and it only took about fifteen minutes. Next time I'm in Kuala Lumpur, I'll definitely stay at Shangri-La again! Absolutely fantastic!!!

GGuest UserThis hotel is quite convenient, clean, and nice. It's very close to the Petronas Towers and not far from Pavilion. Parking is available downstairs, and guests get a discount, so you don't have to pay the displayed price. On another note, I have a suggestion: the shower room floor tiles are quite slippery. The warning signs or anti-slip measures seem a bit insufficient, so be careful.

AAnonymous UserThe room was clean and functional, but the layout felt a bit impractical. The bedroom area was quite small, making it slightly cramped, especially when moving around with luggage. In contrast, the toilet and bathroom space were relatively large compared to the sleeping area, which made the overall layout feel unbalanced.
Another downside was the lack of a smart TV. Without access to streaming apps or screen mirroring, the entertainment options were quite limited, which may be disappointing for guests who prefer modern in-room amenities.
The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of choices available. However, the dining area was very noisy, and the tables were placed close together, offering little privacy. Additionally, I was initially brought to a table that had not been cleaned, which affected the first impression of the service.
On a positive note, the swimming pool facilities were a highlight of the stay. The slides were especially enjoyable and added a fun element to the overall experience.
Overall, the stay had its strengths, particularly the breakfast variety and pool facilities, but improvements in room layout, dining atmosphere, and service attentiveness would make the experience much better.

The shower room was spotless, with not a speck of dust on the mirror.

PPenny_DThe Four Seasons, as always, is excellent. I'm very satisfied with my choice of accommodation. It's about a 15-minute drive from the city center, but the commercial area right outside the hotel is already very convenient, with plenty of food, shopping, and drinks available. The breakfast was incredibly rich; I stayed for two consecutive days and found 20% of the dishes were different each day, which was a pleasant surprise. I'll definitely choose the Four Seasons again on my next visit. The service is exceptional, and the hygiene is top-notch. Remember to bring your swimsuit and don't miss the swimming pool on the seventh floor!

DDaiyushaFacilities: Some reviews mentioned poor facilities, but I found them to be quite unique and excellent. You can tell from the photos. The only thing is the hairdryer in my room was quite old, but all other facilities were great.
Hygiene: The hygiene was excellent, very clean. I brought my own sheets but didn't even need to use them.
Environment: Fantastic! I was initially worried about insects and snakes, but I didn't see any, which put my mind at ease.
Service: The front desk staff was very attentive during check-in. It was my first time traveling abroad alone, and my English isn't great, but I was checked in and in my room in under ten minutes. Staff helped with luggage both getting in and out of the car. When I was lost, one staff member even helped me with directions and chatted a bit. In short, everyone from the main entrance to the front desk, to the restaurant, and even staff I just passed by, greeted me with a smile. They were all very polite and friendly. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Kuala Lumpur!
