GGuest UserThe first words of the staff is “welcome to paradise” and we can only say it was truly experiencing paradise. From the first second at lounge arrival to the last second of departure there was an amazing, friendly and personalized customer care! The hotel environment , the room, the food, the complementary boat trips all was excellent and gave us an incredible experience to never forget and … to return back to☺️

GGuest UserI have picked resort for its location and for experience to stay at the beach hut. And it was truly amazing time chilling on your veranda’s comfy chair surrounded by palm trees and the sound of crashing waves.
As for the overall experience, the resort is definitely not a 5* star resort. Amenities are pretty basic, over-washed beach towels, cheap cutlery, unexciting breakfast, the core infrastructure a bit rundown down, food is average and overpriced. Staff is friendly and ready to attend to every need of yours, but are the some time not there when you need them.
Had stayed at lagoon hut #14 and had a constant traffic of passing stuff or guests. So not so much privacy as you would think.
Caution. Only lagoon huts facing the beach (first row) get to use the beach sun loungers. The rest of the guests need ti use swimming pool lounges.

MMokamiaomiaoIf you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle and find a paradise, this is the best choice  The whole butler service, any request will be answered in seconds. The hotel is very new and the facilities are very good. There are many lounges where you can relax and play mahjong in the lounge, and it is a high-end electronic mahjong table. Superb haha
Facilities: new very beautiful room hidden in the jungle, quiet
Hygiene: clean
Environment: I like it very much. Tropical jungle. High-end hotel. Walking on the small road. Relax.

DDejan TThise resort is the perfect place to spend your holiday. Either a quick, free tricycle ride from the hotel or ten minutes of easy walking distance away from El Nido make it a convenient location. It offers excellent lodging, several pools, and a lovely, well-kept garden. In addition to a wide selection of dishes, the restaurant boasts an amazing sunset view. I must express my gratitude to the working group; they are an excellent team. They are all incredibly courteous, kind, and well-mannered. I want to thank you again for everything and see you soon.

RRafael OttigerThe hotel is well located and quiet. The room offers enough space, about 25m2. A terrible ”view” from the window onto a wall of the washroom/staff room is just awful.
The bathroom is unfortunately extremely small and has no storage space for a toiletry bag or washing utensils.
There is a clean and beautiful pool on the roof. From there you have a great view.
The breakfast is by no means appropriate for the high price of the rooms. There is practically no fruit selection, the ”juices” are chemical crap and hardly edible. No yogurt, no cheese, no freshly ground coffee (which you would expect at these prices), no bacon, no real bread, just the usual toast nonsense.

Room: I used it for three people, but it was big enough. It was really nice to have breakfast on the outside terrace.
Meals: The restaurant at the hotel was really good and we used it for everything except breakfast.
The atmosphere of the whole hotel was so good and calm. I will definitely use it again when coming to El Nido!

GGuest UserThe hotel is simply gorgeous. The view from the room was perfect, and breakfast overlooking the beach was especially nice. The room was clean, and the linens smelled delicious. The staff was very friendly. The beach was almost empty, just a minute's walk away. The perfect place for privacy.

Ffranco dazziUpon arrival, I was a little surprised by the somewhat isolated road, but as soon as I arrived, I found a special place... beautiful, welcoming, the owner was friendly and thoughtful, she helped us with everything, then rented scooters that allowed us to explore the beaches, etc. Always hot water, air conditioning, satellite TV... swimming pool, in short, a dream. I will definitely be back.
