"Our stay at La Palme was truly relaxing. Its at the center but not too much that the noise bothers us. Everything is just a walk away.
The room was clean and the bathroom is spotless too.
The manager and the staff were amazing.
The only downside is the breakfast. They only have a few options and staying there for 8 nights made makes the food unappealing since we eat the same thing everyday.
Other than that our stay is truly amazing."

Outstanding
GGuest UserStaying at Happiness Hostel was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, with a social vibe that makes it easy to meet fellow travelers. The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make guests feel at home, offering helpful tips about El Nido and arranging tours with ease.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a simple but cozy design. The common areas are well-maintained, and the on-site restaurant serves delicious food at fair prices. Location is another big plus—right in the heart of town, close to the beach, shops, and nightlife, yet still relaxed enough to enjoy downtime.
What really sets this hostel apart is the sense of community. It feels more like staying with friends than just booking a bed. For budget-conscious travelers who want both comfort and connection, Happiness Hostel is a perfect choice.
GGuest UserThis resort is best resort where I have ever been to.
Staffs were really nice and kind every time.
They helped us to make good memories.
Complementary activities were good.
We really recommend island hopping.
This resort is rich in nature beauty.
I will absolutely come back in near future.
AAlma CMy husband and I celebrated our second year anniversary at Cauayan. We considered other resorts but we have definitely made the right choice. The island is just breathtaking! We were greeted with a warm welcome by the hotel staff and were escorted to our beautiful villa. My husband arranged a private tour of El Nido islands, where we ended up visiting about 7 spots with our guide even acting as our photographer (he took fantastic photos and videos too). In terms of food, the buffet breakfast offered a wide array of food selection. For lunch / dinner, we enjoyed all that we ordered (though some are really very spicy, so take note). The bar staff can concoct amazing drinks as per your mood & whim. I particularly enjoyed the spa and wished I booked a much longer massage. Our stay at the island became so much more meaningful when we witnessed hawksbill sea turtles being released to the ocean….As amazing as all these are, the best part of our stay in Cauayan is the friendly and customer focused staff. They prioritize the customers’ needs, always have a smile on their faces and have just made our stay in El Nido a memorable one. Thank you Cauayan and we will surely return for another amazing experience at your island!
MMokamiaomiaoIf you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle and find a paradise, this is the best choice The whole butler service, any request will be answered in seconds. The hotel is very new and the facilities are very good. There are many lounges where you can relax and play mahjong in the lounge, and it is a high-end electronic mahjong table. Superb haha
Facilities: new very beautiful room hidden in the jungle, quiet
Hygiene: clean
Environment: I like it very much. Tropical jungle. High-end hotel. Walking on the small road. Relax.
Service: Very satisfied, responsive, second reply
1 bottle of free wine: In the room received, thank you very much
Free round-trip airport transfer: Very close to the airport
CColasWe stayed only one night, but have been warmly welcomed. Nice and clean hotel, although it was terrible weather (storm) there was no issue (flooding or leakage), the room was comfortable, with good size and arrangement.
Breakfast can be taken with a very nice view on the beach (careful, it’s not the best beach of the area).
Team welcomed us warmly, there are restaurants (TAAS worth it) all around which makes a good location overall (trip in tricycle to the town is always funny).
AAyumi YamamotoLocation: Sunset was just a short walk to the fabulous and famous beach!
Room: I used it for three people, but it was big enough. It was really nice to have breakfast on the outside terrace.
Meals: The restaurant at the hotel was really good and we used it for everything except breakfast.
The atmosphere of the whole hotel was so good and calm. I will definitely use it again when coming to El Nido!
GGuest UserThe hotel is simply gorgeous. The view from the room was perfect, and breakfast overlooking the beach was especially nice. The room was clean, and the linens smelled delicious. The staff was very friendly. The beach was almost empty, just a minute's walk away. The perfect place for privacy.
AArtyom VolkovThe hotel's location pretty much forces you to rent a scooter; the closest beach, Vanilla Beach, is a 20-minute walk away. In 2026, the hotel was undergoing constant renovation noise. There's absolutely no soundproofing. The highway is right outside the windows, so motorcycles and trucks will keep you from getting any sleep. There were tiny ants running on the table in the room. On the bright side, the air conditioning in the room was good and quiet. They only provide two bars of soap, no shampoo, shower gel, or conditioner. There's a kettle, but no tea or coffee. The white bed linen was excellent. The renovation is new, but the shower was very poorly done. Housekeeping is only every other day and upon request, and they don't change the towels. I also want to mention the gym; it looks good in photos, but in reality, all the treadmills are broken, and the air conditioning in the gym doesn't work.
Ffranco dazziUpon arrival, I was a little surprised by the somewhat isolated road, but as soon as I arrived, I found a special place... beautiful, welcoming, the owner was friendly and thoughtful, she helped us with everything, then rented scooters that allowed us to explore the beaches, etc. Always hot water, air conditioning, satellite TV... swimming pool, in short, a dream. I will definitely be back.
