Spa hotels in Warsaw

The hotel is located in the heart of Oldtown and is nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional. The only thing is the rooms are big but awkwardly shaped- you have to go to the couch to see the TV and the overall layout of the room is not a conventional hotel. Other than that, the hotel has an old boutique charm.

This is a modern, beautiful hotel with a great location, excellent staff, and a good fitness spa and pool. However, on the 26th floor (the very top floor) where we stayed, there was an unbearable hum at night. It was impossible to sleep. Also, the lighting in the elevator lobbies was as bright as a hospital, which was a bit off-putting and uncomfortable.

I highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful service, very clean and comfortable, the rooms are good and spacious, you can see that the hotel is new. The only thing - SPA works until 21:00, if it worked until 22.00 would be perfect, as it was not always possible to get there. In the rest - a great place to stop in Warsaw.

Hotel is very smart choice for travelers who think about price ratio to the quality. I'm happy for a stay and I was planning to stay longer but there was no availability so I changed hotel. The only disadvantage was temperature controller that didn't work as it should

As one of the ”100 Luxury Hotels in Europe”, the decoration and service level of Raffles Warsaw are definitely satisfactory. The location of the hotel is very good, and you can walk to attractions or museums related to Chopin. The surrounding environment is satisfactory, quiet and safe. The room size is satisfactory, and handwritten cards, welcome cookies, and turndown service are provided. The room facilities are very new, and a built-in sound system is installed, so you can play your favorite music by connecting to the TV. The bedroom is well lit and presents warm tones, while the bathroom is cool tones and solid materials. The room is also equipped with a control panel for the lighting and curtain system, which is very modern. The only drawback is that there is no bathtub in the large bathroom, and there is obviously enough space to place a bathtub... The breakfast is semi-buffet and semi-ordered. The dishes are exquisitely presented on the plate, exquisite and delicious, and the staff is also very service-conscious, which is satisfactory.

The hotel is positioned at a generally convenient location with public transport being easily accessible and grocery stores not being too far away either. The first impression I got is getting surprised by a hefty and especially not previously mentioned deposit of a thousand(!) PLN. The room itself was mostly fine, though I found it a shame that there was way less colour to it than on the pictures. Additionally, the shower was absolutely busted, with corrosion on the shower head that allowed water to spray over the glass wall, as well as the sealing between shower and bathroom floor being installed the wrong way round such that water flows OUT from the shower, both issues flooding the floor and drenching the toilet and the painting on the wall… It’s also noteworthy that the windows do not offer enough noise protection against the many individuals making noise with their Co2-farting machines on wheels. Bathrobe had a chewing gum stuck in the pocket. Service itself was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast buffet was pleasant as well with very tasty coffee. Can’t exclude coming back again but I wouldn’t consider it as first option either. May only be a good choice if booked in advance with lower costs.

My big recommendation if you just on your way to Warsaw Chopin airport. Very new nice and clean hotel. We stayed there for one night and we had an extra bed Hotel stuff was very helpful

Everything was good, clean and tidy. The hotel was very close to the metro, so it was easy and convenient to get around. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I also really liked the toiletries – The Ritual of Karma was a nice touch. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

It turned out that the two nights fell on Friday and Saturday, on Friday they were noisy until 3, and on Saturday until 5 in the morning, for those who like silence it is not the best option, but otherwise it is fine

The welcoming and communication is a mess! 10 emails also in fb, IG for confirmation of the room, 4 days in advance. At the desk, the hostess told me they are overbooked so they can not answer right away, 4 days ok… I also book a dinner table 4 days in advance, the same mess… I have experiences in many NOBU, always fantastic but this one in Warsaw I really do not recommand!
