Fontainebleau Las Vegas, MICHELIN Key Award Hotel

The hotel's 3rd-floor pool is stunning, giving you that 'Southeast Asian resort' vibe. The interior decor also has a wonderful artistic atmosphere. I highly recommend their Hall of Excellence museum. It features the most outstanding figures across various sports, including Jordan, Ali, Woods, and Kobe, as well as some music legends like Elvis and The Beatles. While the museum isn't huge and the $30 admission isn't cheap, it's definitely worth seeing for sports enthusiasts. Service-wise, it was a bit disappointing. I wanted to borrow a fruit knife to peel some fruit, and customer service said they needed to contact the dining department. Although the dining department offered the service, it would have cost over ten dollars for a single room service. It seems in the US, even a simple knife service comes with an extra charge.

The room is spacious and clean, with two refrigerators – one for paid items and another empty one for your own drinks. There's a 24-hour Walgreens nearby. You can access the Sphere directly from inside the hotel. The Szechuan beef noodles at Asia Noodle are very authentic. The 4th-floor pool is large, and there's also a pool garden on the 10th floor, where the evening lights illuminating the sculptures create a very European vibe. Soaking in the jacuzzi with the night breeze blowing is incredibly relaxing. If you're taking an Antelope Canyon day tour, the tour operator will pick you up and drop you off at the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay. I was exhibiting at the adjacent convention center, and this is the closest hotel in all of LV. The hotel has a direct walkway to the exhibition hall (only about a 10-meter walk outside), so you don't have to go out onto the street. Of course, you could go the long way around, but you'd just get more sun. I stayed on the 13th floor; outside the window was a residential area, with desert hills in the distance. You could see the big Sphere from the elevator lobby. The hotel's ground floor has a casino, and the lack of breakfast is a major drawback. The room had a sofa but no desk, which was inconvenient for extended computer use. The window couldn't be opened. The overall decor felt dated, not as modern and new as high-end hotels in China. Additionally, there's a parking lot about 50 meters in front of the hotel, unmanned, costing $10 a day for self-payment. My Chinese phone couldn't access the payment system, so I had to keep going back and forth to the front desk for help. There's a monorail station nearby (I didn't check prices or routes), and across the street is a gas station. It's only one street away from the LV Strip, and about a 30-minute walk to the Wynn Hotel (where we rented our car from Hertz). Across from the exhibition hall, there are dining options like McDonald's, Denny's, Taco Bell, Vietnamese restaurants, Korean BBQ, and Indian food. Overall, it's decent and very convenient for exhibiting.

The room is quite spacious and clean. There's an elevator, which is a lifesaver for big luggage. The hotel has parking available; just let the front desk know you need it when checking in. They'll register your car and give you a pass with your departure date. From the hotel, you can walk to the Sphere and also to the Las Vegas Strip. There's a 7-Eleven right next door too.

Thru Trip.com, we decided to book this hotel for the cheaper price as we only need to stay a short while - arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning. It's a bit confusing the info : This is a property, not a hotel? It says must inform the hotel if late arrival so we did but there was no reply or acknowledgement to know if there's a special procedure to check in ; for eg, they have to give you a special code or arrangement for late check in. The next letter to us was weird!!? It says check in instructions as follows but nothing, it's blank...... See photos of their replies. So we were concerned - our situation, pls see photo. But there's no reply in the Message Chat. These left us very worried and anxious. In the end, we had to keep calling this no and that no given by Trip.com, knowing that we will be kept waiting in line. Even when arrived at the airport, we kept calling. Seems one of the phone no is wrong? Trip.com, pls check with the hotel or person in charge. As for the room amenities, they are quite bare - no fridge, no kettle, no drinking water (you have to drink from the tap) in the room. Bath water was not hot when we bathed.

I was pleasantly surprised! Room was huge and clean. A/C was cold and the view was good. Prices at the restaurant were good and the food was great. I loved that I could quickly walk from the parking lot to the room elevators without hiking for miles like other places on the strip. I will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

Orleans is an off strip vegas hotel that is currently going through some much needed renovations. They are marketing mobile checkin and mobile room key both of which did not work. The note said I would need to sync my reservation with my Boyd rewards card which the front desk supposed didn't my n request but nothing showed up in the app. The room b itself was comfortable but lacked refrigerator and microwave although most Vegas rooms do. At the prices published online they all should. Lack of TV channels was somewhat problematic when trying to escape the casino. The on-site movie theater and bowling alley did help but if course cost more. The hotel used to provide some coupons to use around the premises during your stay but I did not receive any this stay. I did enjoy Balliwick and Ondori during my stay and found them good and not too pricey. The casino lacks some of the newer slot machines and this trip they seemed to be very tight. Overall the stay was fun.

This hotel is perfect for families with kids! They even let us add our child to the room for free. There's a roller coaster inside, which is free to enter, but you need to buy tickets to ride. They have their classic donut breakfast, and the pool in the morning is shaded, which is great for escaping the heat. There were two lifeguards on standby, and even a food truck by the pool. Although the space within the hotel is a bit limited, it's very convenient to get to other places and it's located away from congested traffic areas. I'll definitely book here again next time!
