GGuest UserTipping helped me get an upgrade to a room with a golf course view, which was really new and beautiful. The only downside is that the hotel is huge, so it's quite a walk to the parking lot every time. Also, they don't deliver complimentary water to the room; you have to go to the front desk to get it yourself. Other than that, everything else was great.

DD1stNoelI would like to commend the front desk staff for their exceptional friendliness and helpfulness throughout our week-long stay. Indeed, the entire staff demonstrated a consistently friendly and welcoming demeanor. Upon entering our assigned room, we noted a musty odor. I promptly contacted the front desk and was informed that a room change could be readily accommodated. Our initial accommodation on the fifth floor presented an issue with air quality, just a foul smell! Following a room change to a newly renovated seventh-floor unit, as advised, the situation appeared resolved until the third day of our stay. The room exhibited several oversights in its preparation, including an unswept floor, an improperly made bed (where the comforter merely concealed unmade sheets and blankets), an unreplaced and unemptied ice bucket liner, and a lack of replenished toilet paper despite the extra roll being used. Furthermore, coffee stirrers and cup covers were not provided, and no laundry bag was available for service. An empty hand lotion bottle was left without a replacement, and the drinking glasses remained untouched, raising questions about their intended replacement or cleaning. While I have enumerated these specific issues, I trust that the general concern regarding housekeeping standards is clear. Despite these housekeeping challenges, our overall experience was highly enjoyable. The breakfast buffet staff provided exceptional service, and the front desk and outdoor personnel were equally commendable.

WWoshiyuerongzhuangzhongshifensiThis is a casino hotel, so it has everything you could possibly need. The lobby is literally the casino! Pros: Plenty of restaurants, including a 24-hour pizza place, and a sports bar perfect for catching a game. The room's interior design and decor are really unique, especially the furniture and light fixtures. Plus, the value for money is incredible – around 300 a night is an absolute steal! Parking is also free. Cons: It's enormous, so the walk back to the room can feel like a trek.

GGuest UserI left the phone somewhere around 330pm at hotel and someone maybe staff in restroom I think, keep it for me and keep at lost and found dept. Thank you so much for great kindness. Room was great bed and pillows very soft and super comfortable. In room has no fridge and kettle. Only electric drip coffee maker with charge coffee ground if use. They have 2 starbucks and food court downstair and Walllgreen nearby so it's ok. The view was awesome can see both Sphere and the high roller closely. Will definately go back to stay here. Highly recommend.

TTravelifeJoStayed at Vdara recently and wanted to share a few highlights and realities from the experience. The location isn’t ideal for public transport—you’ll need to walk about 10 minutes outdoor to reach the nearest bus stop (which is quite challenging in summer time with over 100F). However, the hotel is well connected to others like Park MGM and Bellagio, which are just a 10–15 minute indoor walk away or could take monorail.  Dining options directly at Vdara are quite limited. For a wider range, you may head to nearby hotels like Cosmopolitan or Bellagio, though most options there are on the pricier side. we ended up order uber for meal delivery, which is a less expensive option. Lyft is a good choice for getting around more easily, coz if u take bus to downtown, it can take an hour for a single ride. Rooms come with a kitchen, which sounds convenient, but kitchenware isn’t provided unless requested. If you’re planning to cook, be prepared for a bit of a hike—nearest supermarket is about a 20-minute walk away. We also had an unfortunate experience on arrival: found leftovers from the previous guest in the kitchen—pretty disgusting. When we asked for a kettle and cups, the cups still had stains on them, which was disappointing and frankly, unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Definitely some upsides in terms of location and connectivity, but for what you pay, the convenience and cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

GGuest UserThe hotel is so clean! Everyone was so nice! Especially the Valet parking guys! The shower has great hot water and pressure, it was quiet to sleep, the A/C worked well. Bed was comfy. Disappointed the pool wasn't open yet despite 90° temperatures. Coffee in the room or lobby would be wonderful without walking all the way to Starbucks and paying their prices. Overall it was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again! Donna, NJ

22026mashangyouqianThe room was spacious and the facilities were well-maintained. The location is super convenient with easy access to entertainment and dining options. They even gave us vouchers for the observation deck, and the view was absolutely breathtaking – a full panoramic vista of Las Vegas. It was an amazing experience!

TTriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

GGuest UserOrleans is an off strip vegas hotel that is currently going through some much needed renovations. They are marketing mobile checkin and mobile room key both of which did not work. The note said I would need to sync my reservation with my Boyd rewards card which the front desk supposed didn't my n request but nothing showed up in the app. The room b itself was comfortable but lacked refrigerator and microwave although most Vegas rooms do. At the prices published online they all should. Lack of TV channels was somewhat problematic when trying to escape the casino. The on-site movie theater and bowling alley did help but if course cost more. The hotel used to provide some coupons to use around the premises during your stay but I did not receive any this stay. I did enjoy Balliwick and Ondori during my stay and found them good and not too pricey. The casino lacks some of the newer slot machines and this trip they seemed to be very tight. Overall the stay was fun.
