"Excellent location near NYU where my daughter was graduating. The front desk staff was very courteous, professional and accomodating of special requests. The room was typical New York size for the price point but comfortable and clean. The amenities look good but we didn't utilize any of them so I can't comment. The room had bathrobes and slippers which were nice but more importantly, an umbrella which was very useful as it was raining and I neglected to pack one. Check out was a breeze so what more can anyone ask? Highly recommend."

"The rooms are quite new and spacious. After landing, you have to go to a designated airport pickup point, but for departure, you can go directly to the terminal. The hotel breakfast is pretty poor, which is a common issue with American hotels – not only is the quality lacking ☹️, but it's also presented very unattractively."
