Spa hotels in Tashkent

A quiet, clean, modern, and convenient hotel. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, soft blanket, and efficient service. The location is great, close to a residential area but still easy to access from the main road. The restaurant also serves very good food. Housekeeping may need an occasional reminder to replenish items. Overall, a very comfortable stay. Well done! :)

The room was clean, and the service was amazing. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Only stayed one night and took taxi everywhere. The breakfast was very delicious and a big variety to choose from. The only drawback was the sound proofing was not the best, the room beside was watching a movie and it was as if I was watching it with them. My room was next to the lobby and it can get quite loud. I did not use the pool but it looked good.

This is the second time this summer I have stayed at this hotel and everything about it is excellent. From the reception area and the greeting I received to the room, restaurant and many other amenities. The staff around the reception area were always ready to help and very attentive in particular Doniyor who really made me feel that he was genuinely interested in making sure my stay was as pleasant as possible. The room was, just like the last time, spotlessly clean with a very comfortable with an excellent shower. A cheap and efficient laundry service is available. The breakfast buffet was first class with an excellent selection of food. I also ate lunch and dinner in the hotel and the restaurant food was wonderful. I ate all meals at the hotel over my two stays and I highly recommend it. Again the restaurant staff and in particular Elbek were very efficient and food recommendations were spot on. The hotel also offers a very well equipped gym, a sauna, steam room and pool free of charge for guests with a payable spa massage on request. I want to give a special mention to Malika, the young girl who owns small shop in the reception area selling beautiful hand made jewelry, rugs, scarves and other items. Almost everything is hand made and that which is not she clearly points it out. It is all very reasonably priced and I was very happy to buy several items from her.  I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would thoroughly recommend Swissotel Tashkent.  Finally if you are considering using Tashkent only as a stopover I would really recommend at least two nights and one full day as there are plenty of things to do including the metro stations, an outdoor train museum which was excellent, bazaars, a wonderful mosque and go take pictures of the Soviet-built Uzbekistan Hotel built in the Soviet Brutalist style with an Asian influence, absolutely beautiful and very different to the architecture found it Khiva etc. So I would advise, stay in Tashkent either at the start or end of your trip or both as I did and stay at the Swissotel. You will not regret it.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied with this hotel, but I can only give it 4 stars, and here's why: What I liked: The breakfast was excellent, with Shin Ramyun, plenty of vegetables, and soups with frequently changing flavors. The gym definitely deserves 100 points. The pool was just okay; it was too short at only 15 meters, and the water was a bit cold – it was freezing the first time I went, but got a bit better later. There's a sauna, but the steam room had an odd smell. What I didn't like: 1. **Soundproofing:** It was poor. I could clearly hear my neighbor snoring at night. I stayed in a family suite for a while, and theoretically, with the higher price, the location should be better, but all the family suites were next to the stairs. I couldn't sleep at all the first night because people were walking up and down the stairs all night. It got a bit better when I moved to a higher floor. However, the refrigerator in the suite's living room was very noisy; I had to unplug it every night. Interestingly, the fridge in the standard room I moved to later had no noise. 2. **Cleanliness:** The cleaning can be described as very perfunctory. Hairs on the floor were often left uncleared, they frequently forgot to provide coffee, occasionally forgot water, and sometimes even towels. One weekend, I personally saw a cleaner finish cleaning a room in just one minute.

I had a really nice time here. They picked me up from the airport. Then guided me on everything. They spoke English and understood so that really helped. The room was nice and clean and they helped with luggage as well. I had to catch train next morning so they even helped with that. For me, the hospitality mattered more than anything. One more thing, the restaurant in the hotel only serves Chinese food. I tried it, it was good.

Хороший отель: чисто, в номере есть туалетные принадлежности (щетка, паста, гель, шампунь), чайный набор, 2 бутылки воды, пополняемые ежедневно. Мини бар платный. Сауна платная, мы не ходили. Персонал говорит на русском, приятный в общении и готовый помочь. В ресторане под заказ готовили на завтрак каши: рисовая, манная, овсяная. Завтраки разнообразные: блины, яйца жареные, омлеты, овощи жареные, пицца, шарлотка…

A clean and beautiful hotel. The staff were also very kind. The room comes equipped with bottled water, instant coffee, tea, a kettle, and a safety box. It was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast area was a bit small, but we were seated without having to wait.

The hotel isn't located in the heart of Tashkent, but it's close to the airport and high-speed rail station, about a 10-minute drive away. Surrounded by residential areas, it's relatively quiet at night. The room wasn't large, but it was clean and tidy. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, and disposable toiletries were provided. Overall, it was a good value.

Manor hotel -прекрасный отель. Местоположение прекрасное - в центре города. На этой улице , в пешей доступности много бутиков , рестораны с местной национальной кухней , кафе. Вход в отель красивый. Внутри отеля очень красиво, чисто.Номер просто королевский- очень чисто, уютно , красиво. На -1 этаже спа услуги, на 6м этаже ресторан шикарный. Завтрак был включён Мы были с сестрой в отеле . Пошли на завтрак, и был у сестры ДР, её поздравили бенгпльскими огнями и тортиком со свечей. Было очень приятно получить внимание такое тёплое. Были на массаже- девушки просто отличные мастера своего дела. В общем - РЕКОМЕНДУЮ

I stayed here for a night and I had a midnight flight the following day. So I topped up about half a days cost to extend my stay till 9pm and head to the airport. It was near airport, about less than 15 mins to get there. Overall, room is quite new and spacious. I had a quiet corner room, breakfast is decent and I have nothing to complain about. Staffs are also friendly. Remember to give more time for staff to print out the paperwork when check out before heading to the airport. As mine too longer than expected as there’s connection and printing error, eventually managed to print out after 20mins wait. They have a small indoor pool.
