Guest UserThis is a very good hotel – clean, modern, and everything feels new. The bed was comfortable and all necessities were provided. There was a slightly noticeable but not overly intrusive noise from an automatic switch in the room, which I solved with earplugs. Housekeeping was good. Breakfasts were a bit sparse, but I don't need a huge variety. There was one type of porridge each day. The kitchen can prepare any kind of eggs and ramen for you, and fresh juices were available. The waiters were very kind. In general, all the staff were courteous and polite. I would recommend not adding sugar to the porridge, as not everyone likes sweet porridge.
The spa area has two pools, a sauna, and a hammam. The changing room is small, with three showers, but it has everything you need.
It's not far from the city center by taxi, and you can also walk to the metro if it's not too hot.

Guest UserIf you're visiting Tashkent for a short trip, especially with family and children, this hotel is an excellent choice:
1. **Prime Location**: The hotel boasts an absolutely fantastic location. Just a 100-200 meter walk around the corner brings you to the subway entrance. A few stops will take you directly to the Astronaut Metro Station, a popular Instagrammable spot. It's only about 0.5 kilometers north to the Grand Mosque and 2 kilometers to the city's largest shopping mall.
2. **Excellent Accommodation and Service**: The hotel's accommodation is great, and the front desk staff and restaurant staff are all incredibly nice. A standout feature is the Chinese chef who makes noodles for breakfast – my wife and daughter each had a bowl every day during our two-day stay, accompanied by a perfectly fried egg. The variety of nuts available is also impressive; there's simply too much to try!
3. **Outstanding and Thoughtful Service**: What truly deserves special, special, special, special praise is the hotel's attentive service. Our 16-month-old second child, being quite active, slipped in the bathroom in the middle of the night and showed signs of unconsciousness. Aziz, the handsome front desk manager who had already completed his shift, immediately came to our aid. He accompanied us throughout the entire process, taking us to two hospitals, and then arranging an ambulance to the government public hospital for a pediatric neurological emergency. He helped us find doctors and nurses. We didn't feel at ease until after 3 AM when the CT scan was done. He stayed with us the whole time, showing incredible care and not a single complaint.
4. **Highly Recommended**: When you come to Tashkent, stay here. It's absolutely wonderful.

Guest UserA wonderful hotel. Everything was top-notch. The hotel is new, modern, and everything works perfectly. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was quite spacious; soft, cozy slippers; an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer were all in the room. I especially want to highlight the excellent breakfasts – something for everyone. Delicate syrniki (cottage cheese pancakes), oatmeal, very tasty fish, nuts, strawberries, raspberries, and freshly squeezed juices (carrot, orange, grapefruit, detox). There's a good, large fitness room with many machines, and yoga mats and blocks are available. It's a hotel I'd love to visit again. It's not budget-friendly, but we don't regret choosing it.

Patrick BelfastThis is the second time this summer I have stayed at this hotel and everything about it is excellent. From the reception area and the greeting I received to the room, restaurant and many other amenities. The staff around the reception area were always ready to help and very attentive in particular Doniyor who really made me feel that he was genuinely interested in making sure my stay was as pleasant as possible. The room was, just like the last time, spotlessly clean with a very comfortable with an excellent shower. A cheap and efficient laundry service is available. The breakfast buffet was first class with an excellent selection of food. I also ate lunch and dinner in the hotel and the restaurant food was wonderful. I ate all meals at the hotel over my two stays and I highly recommend it. Again the restaurant staff and in particular Elbek were very efficient and food recommendations were spot on. The hotel also offers a very well equipped gym, a sauna, steam room and pool free of charge for guests with a payable spa massage on request. I want to give a special mention to Malika, the young girl who owns small shop in the reception area selling beautiful hand made jewelry, rugs, scarves and other items. Almost everything is hand made and that which is not she clearly points it out. It is all very reasonably priced and I was very happy to buy several items from her. I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would thoroughly recommend Swissotel Tashkent.
Finally if you are considering using Tashkent only as a stopover I would really recommend at least two nights and one full day as there are plenty of things to do including the metro stations, an outdoor train museum which was excellent, bazaars, a wonderful mosque and go take pictures of the Soviet-built Uzbekistan Hotel built in the Soviet Brutalist style with an Asian influence, absolutely beautiful and very different to the architecture found it Khiva etc. So I would advise, stay in Tashkent either at the start or end of your trip or both as I did and stay at the Swissotel. You will not regret it.

We stayed at the Hilton Tashkent City and were extremely satisfied. The hotel fully met our expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with a very comfortable bed, excellent housekeeping, and beautiful interior design.
We especially want to highlight the staff — everyone was very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Check-in was quick, and the service throughout our stay was top-notch.
The breakfasts were varied and delicious, with a wide selection of dishes. The hotel's location is also excellent — close to a park, restaurants, and the city's main attractions.
Thank you to the entire Hilton team for a wonderful stay and hospitality! We would gladly return again and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The hotel isn't located in the heart of Tashkent, but it's close to the airport and high-speed rail station, about a 10-minute drive away. Surrounded by residential areas, it's relatively quiet at night.
The room wasn't large, but it was clean and tidy. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, and disposable toiletries were provided. Overall, it was a good value.

Guest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Manor Hotel, which is conveniently located near the Central Railway Station. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel provided a good breakfast selection, featuring local specialties. The self-service coffee machine in the restaurant would be a great addition, helping to reduce waiting times and ease the morning rush on the staff.
Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Although there was a construction site next door, it didn’t cause any disturbance throughout the day. One small drawback was that the beds were quite high, which could be challenging for children or shorter guests to climb onto. It would be helpful if the hotel offered a small step stool in such cases.
We arrived early, around 6 a.m., and appreciated the option for an early check-in at half the usual room rate, which made our arrival much easier.
Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we would happily stay at Manor Hotel again!

Guest UserI stayed here for a night and I had a midnight flight the following day. So I topped up about half a days cost to extend my stay till 9pm and head to the airport. It was near airport, about less than 15 mins to get there. Overall, room is quite new and spacious. I had a quiet corner room, breakfast is decent and I have nothing to complain about. Staffs are also friendly. Remember to give more time for staff to print out the paperwork when check out before heading to the airport. As mine too longer than expected as there’s connection and printing error, eventually managed to print out after 20mins wait. They have a small indoor pool.
