Comfort Suites at WestGate Mall

Toilet was dirty, toilet handle was broken and breakfast was less than. Air conditioning was loud like a plane taking off. Shower fixtures need replacing

There were no carts available to take our luggage to the room. We had to make two trips to get everything up there. The staff said someone took them to their room and didn't return them. The A/C didn't keep the room cool. I would say it was because the bed was too close to the unit.

Staff was not very welcoming. And seemed surprised when I told them we had a pet, though I had specified pet friendly; they weren’t very. Bed was comfortable, but VERY high! Difficult for a short person to get in.

Hotel overall is well maintained, carpet is a little worn. Receptionist were very accommodating and helpful.

Receptionist was terrible breakfast was average same for the room . Would look else where if visiting the area again

I had a do not disturb sign on my door but yet they still knocked every morning.my card wouldn’t work at night to let me in the building and the lady at the desk ignored us for a few minutes before she finally let us in …also my last night staying my card wouldn’t work to let me in the room I had to make 2 trips to the front desk just to ask her to please reset my card

Staff was very friendly. Room was adequate but needs updating- desk chair was ripped in several spots- one of the bedside lights didn’t work The bed was comfortable and the shower worked really well The breakfast is very basic - nothing to get excited over but at least you can have some cereal or Joghurt All in all the stay was ok. Would we stay again - not sure Location is not bad - plenty of food near by

I was in a handicapped room and the shower looks like it needs to be deep cleaned. The lotion container was empty and the shampoo and conditioner was almost gone. But bed was clean and comfortable. Afternoon/night staff woman was amazing!!! Very helpful and very very kind!
