I was looking forward to stay in this hotel, since it looked beautiful and elegant from the photos and had some great reviews as well. When we arrived my excitement was quickly changed in a disappointment. Our taxi driver that picked us up was a lovely local young lady, that worked with the hotel and she kind of warn us about the hotel prior dropping us off. We were greeted by very unfriendly customer service at the front desk and went to have lunch to wait till our room was ready. The food was actually pretty tasty and fresh, unfortunately the restaurant stuff was one of the most unfriendly and arrogant kind of employees I ever met in a high end establishment. They were acting as if they were doing us a favor by serving us, did not smile and looked very unhappy and uneasy. I’m pretty sure that it’s the management that is probably not training and treating their employees properly and it reflects on their attitude. The whole ambiance of this place was like staying in some old british country club, or nursing home not a tropical island destination Nobody informed us about any activities, spa services, water sports or anything. There was no music playing anywhere and it just felt so dull and boring. Grounds are rather small and it feels crowded, there is not much to see or do. One small pool for many people, I haven’t even used it. The room was nice, kind of outdated, but comfortable, beds and linen was good quality. Nice gardens, decent beach. Snorkeling was not spectacular either, death coral, some fish. Dinner was okay, not a big selection, but tasty. There was a dress code for men and woman, so please don’t forget to bring your trousers and tie to sit by the beach in a tropical heat to have your dinner served by team of sad people on a pink suit with a bow. The only nice thing about this hotel was the historic look and semi nice decor. Will never come back or recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s definitely overpriced, unprofessionally managed establishment. There are many more places to choose from in the area.

There’s only one Cobbler’s Cove! We absolutely loved our time there and it was great for the adults and the teenagers alike. Delicious food, stunning beach and sunsets and the most beautiful place to be. They also have the best tennis coach I’ve ever had and wonderful staff. It is intimate, charming and the cocktails are the best! It’s probably not for people who want a massive impersonal hotel, but for the discerning traveler, I couldn’t recommend it more highly. Loved the very second!

We spent 7 glorious nights at Cobblers Cove and can't wait to return. From the attentive staff, the lush, beautiful gardens and the charming rooms right by the ocean, my husband and I have never felt so relaxed and looked after. The free afternoon tea and watersports didn't hurt either, along with the Manager's cocktail party, where Joanna and her team ensured that we had an enjoyable evening. We did venture into Holetown, which is about a 15 minute taxi ride away and found that it is good for shopping at the local mall and had a few small shops in the area, which sold souvenirs to bring home with us. We will definitely be back!

This was the second time I stayed at Cobblers Cove and it was more magic than ever. Our bedroom was charming and right next to the beach, and I loved sitting on our little balcony secluded by beautiful vegetation watching the sun set. The food was fresh and delicious and the cocktails were second to none. The staff were brilliant - they really went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I felt individually cared for with all attention to detail. They took me and my friend out every day in Cobblers' beautiful pink boat to learn to waterski. They even organised salsa classes for us, and a picnic on the South Coast! The gardens are fantastic and the gardener is incredibly knowledgeable and can tell you all about all the local plants. Thank you to all the staff and I hope to be back very very soon.

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful few days at Cobblers Cove last month. Every time I visit (last there in 2021), the owners appear to have undertaken more renovations. This time, I noticed a new shop and changes to the roof of the dining area which make it much lighter and airier. And I enjoyed smoked flying fish at breakfast, which I don't recall seeing on the menu previously.

We visited a few times, but we will not be back to this hotel. My husband and I agreed we would of have experienced better service from a local pub at home we thought we would have the usual quality for the nickels we spent but it was as if we visited a very expensive motel. After paying £ 1,630.00 nightly bed and breakfast some mornings we didn't have breakfast which was included along with teatime. On the first morning they were no eggs or bacon available for us, we then asked for fresh orange juice after a while waiting, we were told they was no oranges to have the fresh orange juice. The next morning, we went for breakfast there was no butter or jam for our toast. We asked several times during our stay to speak to the General Manager, but she seems to be absent or decomposing to her rottening stage. The restaurant service is terribly poor we skipped the remaining days for breakfast as a simple meal turned out to be a nightmare. May we compare meals and cocktails from our previous stay. We paid a hefty penny only to receive cheap and inferior products. We have visited 5-star luxury properties and we never experienced anything such alike. Service has always been seamless, in our previous stays service here was 5 star quality but this visit we got motel pub service. The Management of this hotel needs to go back to training school as it is quite unbelievable for such a small hotel how has it deteriorated to this stage of being so mismanaged. We were always told Joanna was in a meeting the length on time she takes to deal with guest issues is appalling. None of the issues we reported were ever resolved, we think Joanna is an absolute rotten hotel manager. We asked for wine at the bar as well there was no Minuty on the said night we called for Margaritas and they were not available, this hotel is no longer a high end or seem to actually have a keen interest in their guest. To Virgil and Pearson you work very very hard but with a bustling bar you surly need assistance. This place no longer deserves your star service they do not see it necessary to supply the means for your jobs to be done. We booked dinner with the lady at the reception with short hair and they were not booked Sephleyne. We arranged taxi trips with Greta and when we came to reception they were not book and had to be booked leaving us late for dinner. Previously we had interactions on our visits prior, but the service has not improved from these two, we felt as we were imposing and bothering with our request as they were never completed. We were escorted to our room by a very bright and bubbly young lady who knows her service and is an attentive keen listener, Kerrisa. On our departure we didn't get to thank you, but you patiently arrange all our request without once looking agitated like some of your other colleagues. I hope one day you are elevated from your post at reception with your star talent. Kennedy and his team do a superb work in the gardens. The rooms are kept

We have stayed at this beautiful hotel many times over the last 30 years. It’s always been my favourite Caribbean hotel. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious. Stunning gardens, lovely restaurant right on the beach. The best sun loungers ever. Water sports are great but unfortunately this time the sea was not good for water skiing. Big thank you to Gregory who always looks after us so well. Elvis sends his regards! Barbados has become so expensive for eating out over the last few years, far more than other Caribbean islands. I just hope we can return again soon.

Amazing, we had arrived in Paradise !! Cobblers Cove is what dreams are made of . Our Suite was so beautiful and cool with air-conditioning, a huge sumptuous bed, lovely bathroom and spacious sitting area and a balcony with views of the beautiful gardens and the clear blue sea . The staff are all so friendly and helpful, if it is looking for monkeys ,explaining about the food nothing is too much trouble. Joanna is always there to make sure we are happy. The cocktails are amazing all freshly made and delicious!! The variety and quality of the food is out of this world all fresh and local. Breakfast is outstanding, so much choice of fish ,eggs ,homemade granola, pastries ,bread the list goes on !! A beautiful pool, but we didn't use it as the sea is crystal clear and warm, with reefs to snorkel in and around looking at the beautiful fish and swim out to look for turtles. Then back to the most comfortable sun lounger ever ,all beautiful positioned . With a cold towel and drink arriving. Cobblers Cove is a unique beautiful hotel that is a piece of heaven

We stayed here for nine nights. The hotel's ambience and community spirit are the friendliest hotel experiences I have ever had in a hotel because of the intimate setting. I could go on and on, but here are the basics: lovely rooms, really friendly staff, the position is incredible with a sunset to die for, two beautiful reefs outside your door with turtles and many different fish, good food, a nice pool and great company, what more do you need? Most people we have met here have been coming for years and book year after year. I am sure people come here with high expectations due to the price, but the price equals what you get as an experience. Well done, Cobblers, and keep this beautiful hotel as it is. We will see you again soon!
