Super friendly service. Cosy hotel with excellent restaurant. Nice clean spacy room with super beds. Excellent location. Spa is unfortunately small. If you are looking for excellent hotel, this is for you and you will not regret Strond recommendation!

This is a great hotel in small town of Spindleruv Mlyn, walking distance to Medvedin and Snezka hikes. This hotel is located right by the city center and river, with several restaurants and bars close by. Front desk was super friendly and let us check in earlier than listed, they even escorted us to the room and offered free sherry and chocolats. Loved the personal touch! Parking lot is located right by the hotel for fairly cheap price. Breakfast buffet was amazing!

From entrance to entire stay it was a great experience. Good looking restaurant, bar, front desk and very organised room. We were surprised by a room decoration with balloons and couple of liquer glasses accompanying a decorative liquer bottle. Every entrance is accompanied with offering for water /sparkling water, snacks and miniature alcohol bottles for free. This place is just great!!!

Excellent hotel 4 stars but feel like 10 stars. The room is very big They knew we were celebrating our birthday and they decorated our room with baloons and chocolate The staff is very nice and willing to help Breakfast was amazing Every time we left the hotel we got water and sanaksanak

We loved our stay at the Savoy. We were made to feel so at home. The service and staff were wonderful. We really enjoyed the breakfast too. The hotel’s location is great, it is the centre of town. We arrived home last week but we wish we were back at the Savoy!

We had a great time at this hotel and was actually sad to leave! We stayed in a family suit and it was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The kids playroom can do with a bit of an update but apart from that it was great. They even posted some of our forgotten belongings back to us. Restaurant and breakfast was also really good, as well as the service. Would happily return!

I think this was probably a great luxury hotel 20 years ago, but now it lacks many things. The wifi doesn’t work. Shower is really bad, it switches from super warm to very cold by itself. The furniture and room was pretty old and not so new and classy I thought it would. It was still pretty good service.

Lovely hotel and spacious room. However room for improvement, only minor things but they add up l. For example checked in, go to our room then get called to say it hadn’t been cleaned. It also states there’s a tea set in the room, there is but it comes with one tea bag (for two people), when we requested another we got charged, other things weren’t replaced in the room either when serviced such as the tissues. Not a big deal but it loses the air of luxury.

We have stayed at Savoy 4 nights. Hotel has the best possible location in Spindleruv Mlyn - in the center but not on the loud square, next to the river, forest, shops and restaurants. Building is nice, traditional and well maintainted. Parking outside or in an underground garage. Staff was kind. Our room was great - perfect size, with a balcony, very comfortable bed, mini bar and sufficient closet space. Renovated, warm bathroom. Breakfasts were okay, although could contain more products. Only wellness area was not impressive. We enjoyed bar and the restaurant though. Planning to come back next season. Truly recommend!
