Perfect base for excursions. 20 min walk to oldtown and seaside promenade. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast selection.
Me and my kids (16y) enjoyed it very, will consider return in case of another trip to Split…

Basic but clean hotel, with a lovely roof top pool. The room was large with good air con, not in the main hotel but at the back. This means it’s very quiet! Good for a short stay. It’s about a 15 minute walk into the centre of split, but still convenient.

Nice quality price ratio for a hotel with a roof pool and decent breakfast and 10min walk from the center. However A/c was noy on in the reception until next day and in room cannot be under 19degree. Also sauna had to be scheduled in advance. Gym is okay but A/C not strong. Room was big enough but pretty standard.
Location can be noisy in the day but lots of shops, market, banks, exchange office, bus stations around. Overall has 4 star facility but not when it comes to the service

Nice one night stay in the Annex.
Breakfast was delicious, and had a lot of variety. We could also enjoy the rooftop pool in the main building.
The room is fine for a few nights. It was small, the bed made some noise, and the bathroom could have been cleaner.
It is outside the center, but the walk is not bad, or you can take an Uber for pretty cheap.
Note that the checkin times listed are wrong. They said it was at 3pm, and early checking weren’t allowed.
Would stay again.

The behavior of the host was UNACCEPTABLE. We booked a room by phone giving the surname, we arrived after a long ride and they gave away our room, so in the begging they say to us to go away, than they ask 20 euros moreeffort the room of 150, and than after our questions, because it was obviously a fraud to get more money, they told us to leave the "4 stars hotel" At the end they left us on a street at 23 in the night without a place to sleep. Saying also that they gave the room to other customers because they always receive bookings by phone but nobody comes... is this really a good excuse ?!?! Also saying that our behavior was not acceptable!!!

4 nights spent in this establishment without much charm. I was housed in the annex and perhaps it offers less good services than the main building... In short, a single room, a little small but clean with sufficient comfort, uninteresting view in the parking lot and the facade of the “real” Art Hotel. Friendly staff (especially a very pleasant young woman at reception), perfect breakfast and nice room with terrace. A little far from the center but completely doable on foot (1/4 hour - 20 minutes at a brisk pace). Negative points: very cramped parking compared to the size of the hotel! Depending on the time, not sure if you'll find a place!) and no elevator in the annex, so you carry your suitcase as best you can... a little light for a 4-star hotel! But I believe that this classification does not in fact concern the appendix!

I recommend this hotel. 15 min from the city center on foot.
I was in the expense of the hotel. But we have the same rights as the hotel. Access to breakfast and rooftop pool!
Please note the breakfast room is small. It's best to come early so you don't have to wait in line!
