Wow, it's a beautifully appointed room in a prime location. Yes, there's stairs. Yes, it's compact.... it's a room on an old area! Love it We had ocean view... just gorgeous š

Very stylish and comfortable room overlooking a large square on the edge of Split old town. The rooms are on the third floor of an historic building (so no lift) and a superb location for the old town and waterfront area of Split. Only a 10 min walk from the catamaran jetty, close to the historic sights and plenty of restaurants and bars etc on the doorstep. Ana was a fantastic host, always available via message in advance and during our stay as needed, very efficient and helpful. There isnāt a 24 hour reception but we didnāt need that and are happy being independent. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and with everything we needed, comfortable bed, AC, fridge and a modern bathroom and shower. Check out the roof terrace for a splendid view of the city. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great stay with Procurator 7. The room was well decorated, clean, spacious and the service was fantastic. Ana had great communication and was very helpful. Would highly recommend Procurator 7.

It was just pure luck that we found this place. Centrally located, Room was great and we had a small (a bit scary) balcony. Nice to sit on the balcony and look at people passing by downunder. A great roof-terrace (2 stairs up) gave a brilliand view over the city. Good sized bathroom. Aircon that worked as it should (! as this is not always the case..) Great service by management. Room was kept i mint condition with respect to cleanliness. No breakfast service was provided but vouchers to with great discount at a local restaurant was a good solution. Be aware that rooms are at 4.th floor with no elevator!

Amazing accommodation. If you are looking for a nice spot in the city center this is perfect. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The host (Ana) is charming and provided us with great recommendations for restaurants. In addition, she is keen on answering and helping you with any questions you might have. The accommodation has a roof top terrace which you can visit at any time. Do note that the building does not have an elevator so you will have to walk up 6 flights of stairs. We felt this to be a good exercise and excuse for eating ice cream everyday. Only challenge is parking which is not easy to find around the area. If you are lucky you will find a spot near the square, if not, you are in for a 15min walk.

Fantastic check in.
The trouble was that the room was directly onto the main staircase and we were woken up by everyone else leaving their quieter rooms, slamming doors and drunks talking in the lower stairwell at 04.00 on both nights.
The bathroom would flood on each use.

It's in an excellent location, in an old building in a square with several outdoor cafes close to Diocletian's palace, the harbor boulevard, and the tavern area. The small hotel is run more like an AirbnB, with an office attended by a manager parts of each day. There's no elevator to the rooms five levels up. The rooms are recently renovated, and ours was lovely, but with somewhat balky plumbing. There's also access to a very nice roof terrace with a great view and tables and chairs.
