La Perla Luxury Apartments

My original booking was with *********** To start with when I contacted La Perla on check in day they said that they had an accident in the apartment and not an overbooking. Lie no 1. They said they tried to call me all day yesterday. Lie no 2. We had communicated via booking app previously and they choose not to even contact me to tell me anything. They did not return my calls. We where in dire need to check in due to a medical issue we had the night before and we needed to rest badly. Not even an apology. They cancelled the booking so I cannot review them and advice others of they did. They found an alternative which is sub par to what we had booked, but as I said due to a medical issue which kept us up all night before we really had no energy to argue. Not even sure what to tell u!!! Shame.

We reserved 3 weeks before our arrived. On the website we have to call her 24h before to make an appointment for the key ...So when we call her the first time she tell us that she will call me back in 10 min and never did it. So i try to call her back but without response. I send her a lot of messages on WhatsApp she saw them and didn’t answer again (like you can see on the screen) So my friend call her she answer and yell “STOP CALLING ME” and she hang up the phone. She blocked my number so i make an anonymous call and she answer and she explain me that the apartment that we book wasn't available after 4h trying to contact her. She refuse to cancel the reservation to have our money back. Because of her we couldn't take our flight to split and we have to cancel our vacation. We loose our money the day before our flight she was very rude and unsympathetic
