The people/owners running this accommodation are greedy and disgusting at best. My husband and I were booked there for 3 nights in June. The first of our flights were cancelled and as a result we missed our connection to Europe. The airlines were not going to be able to rebook us for 3 days and we thought for sure we were not going to be able to go. I immediately contacted the property on June 16th to let them know what happened and that we were not going to make it to Croatia and cancelled the reservation. We were very upset! The next day, I was able to find a new itinerary with a different airline and tried to rebook our reservation. Less than 24 hours, they rebooked our room and could not accommodate us. Despite filling the room and making money for the room, they REFUSED to refund us. I also called ***********, where I made the reservation for help and they also tried, getting the same refusal. I could understand if they were unable to rebook our room with another guest, but they DID! Horrible and NOT RIGHT. I would give it -10 stars if I could!
