This hotel property is shady!! They kept my $171 even though I did not stay there. Definitely do not recommend

I like that I can park and leave my car here when I travel, they have an airport shuttle. However, breakfast for the early morning traveler consists of a bottle of water, piece of fruit, and granola bar. Also, the hotel could not provide me with a wine bottle opener upon request and the gas station next door did not have one and neither did Denny’s. Very disappointing.

Nice, comfortable place to stay. The mattress on our King bed was a bit firmer than we like, but we managed.

I received a Handicapped room that had an overwhelming smell of bleach.. I tried for a room change and was told that the only thing they could do was spray some other chemical to mask the smell..

The hotel was great no issues with room or amenities. The service was the only issue, nothing huge just a minor mistake, I was sent to a room that was not cleaned.

Your staff at the front desk. Chloe and especially the lady who took me to the airport. She was wonderful. The computer for the snacks was a bit stubborn but we finally got it to work. I will visit there again

Did not get the room that we reserved
I reserved a non smoking king bed and was told at check in that they only had a double queen. Was told that it was $5.00 more. I requested receipt at check out but it did not show any amounts that we were being charged, so hopefully it will only be that amount more.
