We have used this property several times. There is one front desk agent who is like sand paper. Makes the whole experience difficult. Everyone else is great, so if you you get the gruff at the desk wait till shift change the rest are wonderful.

Pool was very cold and patio door parched open at pool, not sure why. Overall a good place to stay when passing through Spokane. Easy access from Highway I90.

Tv didn’t work in first room. Desk clerk immediately went to another room to check that the tv there worked and then reassigned me to that room and was very apologetic regarding my being inconvenienced.

Older property, but still a nice enough place to stay. My suggestion is to bring your own pillow! Maybe it was just our room, but the pillows were small and very lumpy, and by far the worst I’ve ever had in a hotel.
I gave this hotel 3 stars for staff and service because, although I know staff don’t come and clean your room everyday anymore, I think they should at least check your towels and garbage every day. Not a mark against the staff so much as the service, which is pretty much the same no matter where you stay.

I've stayed here a few times and every time I come back it seems like the Hotels conditions is getting worse. No big deal but found a couple strands of hair in the tub and the bathroom door handle was extremely loose. I hope SilverStone pulls it together but my stay wasn't too bad.

Service was great. We needed last minute reservations changes due to hospital logistics. Staff were on top of it. This is a great unassuming hotel. It was clean and adequate, nothing fancy. Great for convenience in a pinch

Pictures lie. This is nice place, BUT the attention to cleanliness is not a factor at this place. there are some places like the "gym" that needs a visit from the health department. The equipment doesn't work and it's so rusty there is literally a pile of rust on the floor. When you walk in the first thing you see is the dirty floors, you look into the pool room behind you and more dirty floors. I dont think they mop. The bathrooms in the pool room..... come on.
The worst thing is parking.

Loved the two rooms. However, it’s strange that a room for 6 people only gets two breakfast vouchers. Staff were very friendly.
