Still haven’t received my deposit didn’t even know there was an additional charge- when asked last was cold and aloof and didn’t clearly answer my question. I called again and was told it would take 24-72 hrs it’s been a week and no information

Byob-bring your own breakfast if you want something healthy, I almost mistook the gravy for oatmeal, you can bounce the hard boiled eggs, brown bananas, lukewarm coffee. The bed is scratchy the mattress needs to be changed, glad I’m here for just one night!!

my family of 5 Could not sleep till 3:30 am because the safe inside the neighbor's room had low battery and was making annoying beeping sound. when i walked down to front desk to address the issue at 2 am, the lady came up to their room and offered to move them, but nothing for us! she didn't even get back to us about it, i called again and she pretty much said she couldn't do anything because the didn't have to tool to replace the batteries.

It was clean but the room has an odd smell. Not sure what it was. It didn't go away though. The breakfast is good with hot and cold options including biscuits and gravy. Yogurt and fruit also.
The day manager is nice and helpful.
