環境：房間空間蠻大，酒店大堂室內花園超美，每年變一次，絕對的視覺享受
服務：辦理入住，前台還是蠻熱情，蠻禮貌

Room is dusty with coffee stains on wall, stains on bedsheets, staff are mostly rude and unwilling to offer any help. And watch out for your belongings, they will come into your room even with privacy sign on and throw your stuff away!!!

Quick one night stay at the Bellagio .. still the grand center piece of the Las Vegas ***** .. hotel comped 120$ of food and beverage. Kind of surprising… but always great to stay at this hotel.

因為在13年前住過這一家酒店，所以這次再次選擇這家，沒想到感受差了很遠！
1.房間裏不提供免費的瓶裝水，需要自己到前台去領，而且每一瓶都很小，衹有296ml！每個人一次衹能拿一兩瓶，所以每天要下樓拿！
2.房間裏面所有的食品，包括放在冰箱的和放在外面櫃子裏的，都不能夠拿出來，因為裏面都有感應器，衹要食物離開原來的位置了，就是代表你已經使用了！這一點非常不合理，我就拿出來看了一下扣了錢，一瓶礦泉水24美金，退房的時候我才看到被扣3瓶水的錢了，前台跟我説要確認以後才把錢退還我信用卡，也不確定什麼時候能退！
3.酒店千萬不要自己帶白色的浴巾，就是把自己的浴巾掛在浴室的門後，以為掛着的浴巾是不會清潔的，一般酒店是把浴巾扔在浴缸裏或者洗衣藍裏才需要清潔，打電話給酒店諮詢，他們説要找第三方公司看一下回浴巾，如果不回的話就賠相應價格，然而這件事情應該也是沒有結果的！
4.在酒店西樓的Oshow，價格大概是2100塊錢人民幣一個人，上一次看已經不記得講什麼了，但是整體感覺沒有什麼特別吸引的地方，演員的演出都很賣力，但是聲光電效果還是比較老的
5.到酒店辦好入住已經3:30，本來是3:00入住的，定了兩間房，其中有一間房間還沒打掃好，了，5:00打電話去問才好，服務員給了每個人25美金的餐券，可以在酒店餐廳使用！
