It's okay, there's not much around, the breakfast is simple, but the price is right, so it's a temporary change. The gym is small, the room is not too big, and Ctrip’s service is pretty good

Where do I start. No pool (under construction), room okay, facilities are old, area is questionable, poor tv channel selection.
Positives; towels sheets & bathroom were clean, easy parking, close to restruants, easy access to the freeway, cheapest i could find in the area.

ROACHES IN THE FIRST ROOM, WINDOW NOT SAFE FOR A FIRST FLOOR ROOM, ONCE I SPOKE WITH FRONT DESK & INFORMED THE OLD LADY WHAT I SAW WHEN I WENT INTO THE ROOM SHE TOLD MANAGER & THEN STATED IT WAS CLEAN WHEN I LOOKED AT IT, SECOND ROOM HAD ANTS COMING OUT OF THE AC UNIT & IT WAS BROKE & NASTY, I DID NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP!!! UNBELIEVABLE WHAT IS SHOWN & WHAT IT REALLY LOOKS LIKE!! THEY CHARGED ME A $50.00 DEPOSIT & ALSO ANOTHER LADY BUT NOT THE AFRICAN AMERICAN MAN!!! I WAS MAD & HAD TO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY!!! NEVER BOOK THERE. THE GROUNDS OUTSIDE HORRIBLE EMPTY LIQUOR BOTTLES ON PROPERTY, A DIRTY FLIP FLOP, WINDOW OPEN WITH ROPE & SOMETHING LIKE MAYBE AC UNIT!!!

The staff was very nice and accommodating. I am an amputee and had to climb steps as my room was on the second floor. The worker saw me and helped me get what I needed

Exterior rundown. Interior very rundown! Room smelled like previous people never showered and left five minutes before we arrived. Towels were worn, ground in dirt/ darkness on them, some with holes, and some had small hair in them! Asked for new towels twice. Then realized this was the best it was gonna get. Finger and hand prints on walls. No remote. And did I mention the smell?! Why did I stay here? This was a nightmare we actually left at 5am and stayed in rental car until we could get another place. Please avoid this place. You have been warned lol

There was mold in multiple areas in the room. The room had not be cleaned as expected. There were no blankets. The towels looked extremely old and wash cloths seemed more like rags than towel material. The window did
