Pool not working.Bookedfor two nights but the motel only had me down for one.Wanted to get a first floor room they were available,but all the doors had dead batteries so They couldn’t rent out.Why didn’t they just replace the batteries?Other then that it’s okay.

When I arrive from a three hour drive via Ohare airport on a business trip to Springfield, I was expecting a clean and quite environment. I’ve stayed in many hotels and by far this one was the worst.
In the lobby, people were drinking beer and were very loud yelling and playing loud music.
It looked like the people were running the hotel instead of the staff.
That wasn’t the worst part, there was only one room left, it was a mess. The bed was not made up. It looked as if someone had slept on it and checked out. The cleaning staff didn’t clean the room and make up the bed.

My room was dirty. It wasn’t vacuumed, someone else’s soap from a previous shower was still in the soap dish in the shower, the sink wouldn’t drain, no hairdryer and no bath towels. Was not what I expected.

Great location for my stay, very clean with exception of everyone places there bags of trash from their room next to the elevator, kinda funky smell but room was quiet and comfortable

Rooms were not clean. Juice stains on counter. Tub and bathroom not clean. Carpet was not vacuumed.

There were roaches in the bathroom, ceiling was cracked & peeling and falling down, the microwave was dirty still had chicken pieces in it, needs vacuum bad plus underneath the bed realy dirty

I arrived and was informed that the hotel was overbooked. No rooms were available and we had to leave. We drove to another town and found a hotel there.

When I arrived, the lobby was a zoo - loud noisy kids runn around screaming, a lady doing laundry right in the lobby, a group of 5 adults trying to have a conversation over all the noise - loud! The receptionist was off doing repairs so had to wait awhile to check in. She was very nice. The hotel is very dated - old dingy while boasting a larg sun outside newly opened. There were 3 bags of groceries sitting in the hallway just outside my door. Can’t wait to see what breakfast will be like. I did sleep well
